Location: Ocean Villa in the "C" Building on the 3rd Floor. Super Close to the Elevator which helps for easy loading and unloading your Luggage.

We have a beautiful one bedroom condo that was recently remodeled. Our condo is decorated in a navy blue and coral beach theme. Our unit offers a king size bed, two kid size bunk beds, and a queen size pullout sofa. The condo sleeps six people (4 adults and 2 children). The unit has a private balcony with a peek of the ocean.

It offers full size appliances with everything you would need to cook a family dinner. Plates, Cups, Glasses, Coffee Maker, Keurig, Pots & Pans, Crock Pot, Hand Mixer, Blender and much more.
The unit has everything you could want; the owners have provided books, and some small toys for your family’s entertainment. It is located on the top floor, meaning no one is above you. The unit is located close to the elevator and staircase for easy access to the resort amenities and beaches.

This one bedroom condo is located in the serene Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (HHB&T ). HHB&T is a secure resort with 24 hour gated security.
The resort offers the largest ocean front pool on the island in addition to a smaller pool and kiddie pool.

HHB&T has several restaurants onsite including a sports bar (kid friendly until 11:00); oceanfront Bar/restaurant; pizzeria; and ice cream stand (seasonal). The oceanfront bar offers live music during the summer season on the weekends. HHB&T offers a newly remodeled playground, basketball court, tennis courts, workout facility, and onsite bike rentals. Our unit is less then 300 steps to the boardwalk leading to the expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean of HHI. Once on the beach there is a volleyball net and chair/umbrella rentals. While relaxing on the beach if you are hungry or thirsty the oceanfront bar/restaurant is a quick walk.

SUPPLIED:
*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also : Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. (starter sets)

Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00

$35.00 Parking / Resort Fee - 1st Vehicle paid for at booking.
$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the VRBO account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

BOOKING POLICY
*At time of making reservation a fifty (50%) percent deposit will be due. Remaining payment is due Thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If reservations is made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, the entire amount is due at time of making reservation. Unit Entry Info and Parking Pass will be emailed to you once final payment has been received.


RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
