The Foothills at Thousand Hills is located in the heart of Branson and offers easy access to all Branson has to offer. We are about 1.5 miles from Branson Landing.
This is not a typical rental. You will feel like a special guest in a friend's home. There is nothing quite comparable in the Foothills complex.
This spacious condo getaway overlooks Thousand Hills Golf Course. Enjoy the balcony and watch the golfers as they make their way down the course.
Our upscale Tuscan inspired condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse and is the perfect location for your Branson vacation. It is located on the upper level so you don't have to worry about any noise from above disturbing you.
There are indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub at this quiet resort. All are located directly across the parking lot from the front door of the condo.
The bedrooms are outfitted with pillow top king size beds that you will sink into. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area with a memory foam mattress.
Both bedrooms and living area have TVs and DVD players. The kitchen has everything you could ask for - except food! High speed internet is provided free of charge. You won't be disappointed in your stay at this upscale top of the line getaway!
We also supply a small amount of coffee, creamer and sugar for your convenience. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are hair dryers in both baths as well.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
We bought this property because I was always going to Branson. Especially in the Fall months. I love Branson during the holiday season and I have been as many as 3 different times in the month of November alone. My husband loves to come up and play golf, and he will play almost everyday we are in town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is located in the Thousand Hills area of Branson. We are located across the street from Thousand Hills Golf Course and about a mile from Dixie Stampede. We are only a few miles from Branson Landing in one direction and Silver Dollar City in the other direction. There are 3 Outlet malls within 1 mile as well.
There is nothing better than getting up early and having your coffee on the balcony while watching the golfers getting started on the course across the street.

My two sisters and I spent the week in this awesome condo. It was immaculate and spacious with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who desires a quiet, affordable and classy place to stay. We definitely will request this condo for our future trips to Branson.

After looking at 100's of places to stay in Branson on VRBO, we are sure we picked the BEST ONE!!! Beautiful property, clean, wonderful to work with, excellent location.......we would HIGHLY recommend this condo to everyone!! I had wondered about the pool - it was right across from the condo. (about 50 yards) There was an indoor pool that had a hot tub and an outdoor pool. Simple, but very nice! I loved having coffee on the deck each morning, watching the golfers across the street. Wonderful experience..........can't wait to go back and visit! What you get for your money is so much better than what you would at a hotel. The boys had their own room and I could bake a warm batch of cookies each night. We loved it! Thanks Trammells for sharing your "home" with us!

My husband and I were so pleased to find this condo to stay in while in Branson for a week. We're frequent visitors to Branson and have stayed many places in Branson.....but this condo has become our favorite. It's located in an area that's close to all main attractions and makes it very easy to get around town. The condo is exceptionally well decorated and is maintained immaculately. The view from the balcony is outstanding and we found ourselves sitting on the balcony relaxing or reading a book pretty often, as well as having our breakfast there every morning. The owner is very pleasant and easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo!!! We went to see NOAH at the Sight & Sound Theater and was mesmerized by the production. It's a 'must see'. Our favorite show we always go see is the Pierce Arrow Show......one of the best in Branson. And, our favorite restaurant is Shorty Small's.

My family really enjoyed the very comfortable, and spacious Tuscan resort getaway. It had all the amenities , and comforts of home. Beds were very comfortable and had a nice view from third floor balcony. Also was convieniantly located near a Wal-Mart , and small grocery store just 5 minutes away. Quiet, peaceful,And secure area looking out over Tousand Hills Golf course . We would definetly go back again.

We stayed in the condo for three nights at the beginning of May. It was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. We were pleasantly surprised at how the owner supplied so many things for the guests. The owners had definitely spent some time in planning what the guests might need or want to make their stay comfortable while away from home. We felt like we were at our home. We have stayed in several VRBO's but this one topped them all. It is convenient to shows, stores, and also The Landing. We would certainly stay again and would also recommend it to other people.

We hosted friends from NH on their first visit to Branson and Silver Dollar City. This condo really helped make our vacation first rate! The web site description and photos are accurate; the condo is well furnished, nicely decorated, and CLEAN. It's located on the yellow route (an alternate to the primary route), so getting around Branso is convenient and easy. We spent time at Silver Dollar City during the bluegrass and BBQ festival - wonderful bluegrass entertainment. Also went to see the Haygoods, Shoji Tabuchi and Always Patsy Cline -- all shows were great. Spent an afternoon at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park -- really nice; rode a Segway there--cool. Next time we go back to Branson, we'll certainly check to see if this condo is available.

Great Condo, way more than we expected. It was extra clean, well furnished and well stock with the things you need most. A very pleasant surprise and much nicer than staying in a hotel. Close to the 76 strip and of course convenient to Wal-Mart. A great place to stay when visiting Branson.

We just want to say a BIG thank you for your hospitality. We have stayed in many VRBO's and never has the owner been so gracious. Having enough towels, trashbags, papertowels, etc. was a nice touch. having the kitchen supplied with everything we needed was fun. this was our first time "away" for Christmas and I can't express how wonderful our time was. now there is not a lot to do in Branson during Christmas week, yet this was fine for us because we justed needed to relax.
