Shipyard Plantation (a gated community) ... BeachWalk Villa ... The name says it all!
This large, elegant two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor end unit Villa is a short walk on a bike/pedestrian pathway to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a pull out queen sleeper in the living room. We offer you use of a beachside locker for your chairs and sand toys (we have some you can use). The swimming pool is across our driveway; tennis courts a five minute walk away.
Inside we offer you beautifully decorated rooms with new appliances in the complete kitchen, a TV in every room, lots of hangers in every closet, and even a land line for your laptop. Linens and towels included. We even leave you a starter set of soap, t. paper and paper towels. Outside there is a gorgeous fenced in deck, Adirondack chairs, a table and chairs for dining, a golf course and lagoon view, and an electric grill for your use.
Our beach is long and wide. At low tide there are large pockets of shallow water, great for kids. A gated community, Shipyard Plantation offers 27 holes of golf, tennis, and miles of bike/walking paths. All you need bring are your own beach towels; everything else is provided to make your vacation perfect. We are in a good central location; very near restaurants, shopping, golf courses, etc. Everyone who has stayed here has been VERY happy, contented and complimentary about the accommodations.
