Situated in the centrally located village of Harmans Cross, just 3 miles from the family seaside resort of Swanage. This beautiful family home offers spacious, versatile accommodation. Valley View is a rare holiday home, which has been tastefully decorated and equipped with all facilities.
Through the double entrance doors is the impressive hallway and from here you will find the doors leading to the three receptions, the kitchen and the breakfast conservatory, where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the rolling hills where you might catch sight of the historic steam locomotive passing the bottom of the very large garden and paddock beyond.
All of the four bedrooms are of a very generous size and two of the king rooms have en-suite bathrooms and access to a shared balcony. From here you can again enjoy the spectacular views across the rolling countryside. The owners of this holiday home have lovingly tended their garden and it is a delight to behold.
Should you find need to leave this beautiful holiday home to explore your surroundings then Swanage is the eastern gateway to Dorset’s World Heritage Jurassic Coast with many miles of footpaths and bridleways, making it the ideal place for walkers, cyclists and horse riders alike. Swanage hosts numerous festivals and events throughout the year, and is home to a wealth of attractions: from its award winning Blue Flag beach and Victorian Pier, to the beautiful countryside. The Swanage Railway, one of the best preserved standard gauge steam railways in the UK, runs from Swanage to Norden through the beautiful isle of Purbeck and passes close to the famous ruins of Corfe Castle. Nearby places to visit include Durlston Country Park, Putlake Adventure Farm, Lulworth Cove, Studland & Wareham. A lovely day trip across the Studland Ferry will take guests to the larger towns of Poole and Bournemouth.
