Main: Enter the main level either by the front door or through the attached two car garage, and enjoy a fully remodeled kitchen that includes: Jennair glass cook top, microwave oven, range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, service for 16, utensils, pots and pans, etc., open dining area for 8 plus a 2nd dining area for 6, open floor plan,
a gas fireplace plus a Sony 46 inch Flat Screen, and half bath.
Lower: The 800 square foot master suite is a getaway in itself with a king-sized bed, sitting area with a gas fireplace, separate bath area with a double vanity, walk-in closet, enclosed toilet and bidet, a stall shower, jetted tub, and private deck. Two additional bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed a plus a bonus room with a futon and a shared full bath complete the lower level plus a 2 - 4 person dry sauna in lower level hallway.
Loft: Accessed by a spiral staircase from the main level, the loft finished in natural wood has 2 bedrooms both with 2 queen beds.

Convenient Access to the Ski Slope:
Due to all the amazing powder that Alta and Snowbird ski resorts offer during winter, the Salt Lake County Sheriff closes Little Cottonwood Canyon for avalanche control work when necessary in the morning just prior to the resorts opening. The closure takes place 1 mile west of the rental condominium. The proximity of the condo provides the ability to be ahead of all the traffic that is waiting at the road block when the canyon opens for uphill traffic. You can expect to be up the hill and on the slopes much faster than the majority of the skiers commuting from other areas of the city.

This property is owned and managed by Josh and he is a nice easy going gentleman who makes the whole rental process easy. Josh also has great car rental rates and he sells the Salt Lake City Superpass. The description of the property was very accurate and the pictures are great but when you arrive the property looks BETTER in person. The furniture in this property looks incredible and almost too nice for a rental property. I would recommend this property to anyone that is going to the salt lake city area or who is going to ski at Snowbird or Alta.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great condo for a large family reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner and not only is there a large table in the great room, there is a separate dining room with a second large table. The large screen TV was great for all the football games, and the wifi allowed us to use our computers. The three downstairs bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable and the 2 loft bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room.The condo was close to shopping and restaurants and at the base of the canyon up to the ski resort. The condo was clean, well-maintained and the owner provided great customer support. We would recommend this property whole heartedly.
