The condo is located at 4605 South Ocean Boulevard, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 29582. You will be minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, The Pavilion, Tangier Outlets, Dixie Stampede, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, countless restaurants and approximately 120 golf courses.
The unit has two sets of sliding glass doors to one of the most spacious oceanfront balconies found on the Grand Strand where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean. There is an additional dining table and chairs on the balcony for oceanfront dining and relaxation anytime day or night.
The living area is spacious with a flat screen TV, digital audio system, DVD, VCR, XBOX 360 game system (with 3 wireless controllers), XBOX games and lots of new release movies to choose from.
The condominium has wireless internet access and there is a new washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in closet, private bath, flat screen TV and VCR player. There are also sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed and full private bathroom and the third bedroom has two twin beds and full bathroom. This is a perfect for a family or for three couples.
There is an oceanfront pool with multiple oceanfront sundecks and lounge chairs, a grilling area with picnic table and landscaped grounds. The covered parking lot is directly under the secured building where there are bathrooms available to guests when at the pool or beach. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's and Boats must be parked across the street in the public parking area.

We loved the Myrtle Beach area and would always visit the area for vacations so we decided to buy a home there.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We treat this as our second home and not just rental property. We buy good furniture and furnish it with the same amenities we would in our own home. We have movies which are just released and the X-BOX 360 with new games, is great for the kids.

Just to be able to open the curtains and see the sun shining off the ocean and hearing the sound of the waves each morning, I' do it again. I have been renting this condo each Nov. for the past 4 years. The listing accurately reflects the rental's appearance. The property has always been cleaned and well maintained each stay. The owners have always been helpful with any and all concerns. They have even recommended some very good restaurants and activities for us, which have all been very good recommendations. I have recommend this property to both family and friends. The amenities in the condo really makes you feel at home. I can't believe anyone would find this beach front property with all the amenities and the condition and the location anything less than an excellent experience.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My husband and I have rented this unit for 5 years. When we arrive it is as if we are arriving to our second home. We have our dautghter, son-in-law and granddaughters down for a week of our vacation every year! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The views are spectacular and you are only a few minutes from some of the best restaurants and shopping the area has to offer. As long as they will have us we will continue to rent. I am already looking forward to October 2012!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
What a let down!! If you are looking for something nice don't stay here!!!

We could not believe the condition of this condo. It smelled of stale beer the carpets were stained and filthy. ( owner claimed new carpets were put in this year) hard to believe when you saw the filth in the corners and behind the doors and the stains were throughout the condo. The furniture is so woren out that when you sit down you fell like your sitting on the floor. The master bed was so bad that my husband and I had to sleep separate the whole week. When I called to talk with them about the condition of the condo found out she was in Hawaii. Hope where ever she was staying was nicer then what they rent out to people. To sum it up, this condo needs a total make-over it is very out-dated in every room. It is a shame that you wait all year to go on vacation, and when you arrive you find something like this. We trusted them to care about the place they are renting out. I would like to know if they would stay in this condo when they go on vacation. OH wait thats right they went to Hawaii!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
Owner response:Our unit is our Home away from home. When time and life permit we vacation in our condo. And have since 2003. Each year we add or remove things in our unit. Last year new carpet was installed in the living-room and dinning-room. Each renter is given a survey to fill out after each stay. We address each comment written. If the unit is not cleaned upon your arrival, we send the cleaning crew out right away to correct the problem. When something happens we do our best to make sure things are right for the next customer. As life goes, our kids grow up and move away. We are the Proud parents of 2 Military members. Our son and his wife are both in the Air Force stationed in Hawaii. And this past summer they presented us with our 1st Grandchild. Staying in military housing is no 5 Star experience. Please know that we want each stay to be a Great vacation for you and your family. Even though we strive to make it so, we know that we can not please everybody / everytime. We ask our renters to treat our home as they would their own. And sometimes that does not happen.

Not happy stove not working. Carpets need cleaned. TV in bedroom not working. Bathrooms where not clean at all. The unit could use a good cleaning and updating. The garbage disposal leaks and the person that cleans the unit does not empty it and the smell is awful. Not happy for the price I paid. The overlook off the balcony was nice and the units location is nice. Just needs some TLC.
