  • This is the perfect vacation home! It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We practically lived just on the lanai and in the pool which were both wonderful. The location made it so easy to get to all the local restaurants and stores. Steve and June have truly done a magnificent job making this feel like a home and not just a rental.

  • We really enjoyed our time at the house is Florida, it has everything you could ever need for your time away. After an exciting day of taking in beaches and shopping, it was a nice place to put your feet up and relax. The layout of the house was perfect for an extended family visit and the pool was a nice treat. Thanks so much, we hope to be back!

  • We had a great time at the house, it is really well furnished and decorated. The layout and room was perfect for us. Many golf courses near by and very reasonably priced. We played to much golf (by choice) and had very little time to enjoy the house (but that's why we went to Fla). Very comfortable for six grown men. Thanks again for the use of your great home.

  • The home was furnished luxiously with exquisite taste and every convenience available for the guests. In addition, the home lay-out is spacious and well-suited for a couple like us or one's guests.The pool is beautiful with orange trees overlooking the privacy fence. With cable TV in every room, no one has to miss a football game or one's favorite show. My sister and her husband came over from Lake Wales for Christmas, and she and I especially loved the "music room" where we could chat away from our husbands! It is ideally located near grocery stores and restaurants just a "hop and a skip" away. We especially like the restaurant Bare Bones on Herndando Beach. Finally, The Blands (Steve and June) are so accommodating and friendly in dealing with their guests.We would give the home and its owners a Triple AAA Auto Club rating of five diamonds because it "provides the ultimate in luxury and sophistication."

    Hi, Yes we are back home safe and sound, unfortunately to snow! The house was lovely, we will definitely contact you again, will also pass on to others who will be visiting that area. We had several visitors that live in the area that also liked the house very much, they will pass on to their families for future travel. It is nice to stay in a place that is clean, comfortable, and offers all conveniences that you would have at home.     We stayed at this Spring Hill home for vacation in October 2007, and had a wonderful time. The home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and has a lot of room and is well furnished with linens, cooking equipment and cable tv. The pool area is very nice. What you see on the website is exactly what you get. We recommend this home to anyone looking for a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Normand from Québec city
