This one bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo is set up to sleep four guests. It is the perfect setting for the vacationer who would like to experience the feel of peaceful and relaxing Hawaii. Our condo is located just down the beach from some of the world’s most famous surfing beaches on the North Shore of Oahu. In the winter months ( October to March), the North Shores Waves can reach 30 - 40 feet at times, with all of the champion surfers holding their contests here. During the winter months, whale watching can be enjoyed from our beach when the Alaskan Humpbacks put on a show in our waters.
In the summer months ( April to September), you can enjoy the calm, warm waters with your favorite water sport. The sandy beach in our backyard is wonderfully uncrowded and is protected by three coral reefs which makes for nice swimming, diving, and snorkeling. Throughout the year, there are numerous Green Sea turtles that cruise just off shore. There is a nice barbeque area with numerous picnic tables next to the beach. This is where we all meet at dusk to watch some of the most incredible sunsets on the planet and talk story.
This unit is located on the first floor so you don’t have to walk through the parking lot or climb stairs to get to the beach. Just walk out your lanai door and you’re there! We’ve included one surfboard, two sets of snorkels & masks, and two boogie boards for your convenience. We’ve also included FREE high speed internet access for a laptop you bring with you. We've installed a Roku player so that our guests can have free Netflix movies and access to their personal Hulu, Amazon movie or Pandora radio subcriptions. For every week's stay, you will receive a FREE $20 gift certificate for Spaghettini; we are the restaurant owners.
This Haleiwa restaurant features terrific NY style Pizza & fabulous pasta dishes made for dine in or take out. Everything is made from scratch and made to order. We’ve also fully furnished the condo’s kitchen so you may prepare meals for yourself. The queen size bed, in the bedroom, has a premium tempurpedic mattress. All linens are provided for the bedroom and bathrooms, as well as beach towels and beach chairs. There is an on-site quarter operated laundry room, with four washers and dryers, that you can use to quickly get things washed up.
We are located within walking distance, just one mile, from Haleiwa town where there are all the retail shops, supermarkets, & restaurants you need to make your trip complete. If you want the nightlife of Waikiki, this is not for you as quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and this is strictly enforced by the on-site resident manager.
We live on-site in another condominium and will be able to assist you during your stay. Many of our guests arrive late at night after the Haleiwa shops have closed. We'll be happy to pick up a few groceries for your fridge so you don't have to worry about it. Just give us your list, we'll do the shoping and leave the receipt on the table for you. We think we live in a hidden treasure and hope you will come to stay and enjoy the best of Hawaii.

Owner Description
We are a family of four, who live onsite in our other condo. We absolutely love our peaceful little property and can't imagine being any where else! We've been a part of this community for nearly 14 years. We own a local restaurant called Spaghettini NY Style Pizza and Pasta. We feel blessed everyday to meet new people, visit with old friends and create homemade dishes for Haleiwa.

May 2007. Great condo! Perfect location. We didn't want to leave. I miss drinking my morning coffee on the beach and seeing the turtles swimming. Bob & Suzanne are really great and the food at Spaghettini's was awesome! We would highly recommend staying here!

This location is nothing short of amazing! The private beach, turtles, serenity, immaculate grounds, gracious hosts and neighbors make this the only choice for us. The condo is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay with regard to appliances, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and more. We will be back for sure. Aloha!

Morning coffee on the lanai; swimming with Honu; relaxing with a good book; not to mention touring your recommended sites and reliving old memories from past years on Oahu made for a "no ka oi" kind of vacation. We stayed at the condo in mid December, and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We wanted to be away from the crowds and have a relaxing vacation, but also somewhere where we didn't feel too isolated. Haleiwa -- and this condo -- was the perfect choice! The condo itself is lovely, with everything we needed, and made a perfect base for exploring the island. The listing description and photos are accurate, and the condo was exactly as described, so we thrilled. The condo complex itself is laid back and quiet -- which we appreciated, and the beach was great! My husband liked swimming every morning when he could, and I just enjoyed the fresh air and the sound of the ocean. Suz was wonderful in welcoming us and making sure we were alright. On our last day, she recommended Cinnamon's since we had a few hours to kill before our flight and we took her advice -- the Red Velvet pancakes were awesome! We kept talking about how much we'd love to come back...so we're hoping we can do so! And regardless of where you stay, if you visit Haleiwa, you *must* go to Spaghettini's for pizza! We had the vegetarian one, and really, it was the best we've had -- and we're from the NYC area and we know pizza. ;) Thanks again! We hope to be back soon!

Just wanted to say a very big mahalo!! This condo is great if you dont want the big city of waikiki. If you really want to see the real hawaii this is it. I have been home a week know and truly miss the peaceful setting of haleiwa. Suzanne was super friendly as was everone we spoke to. Cant wait to book the condo next year thanks again.

Suzanne and Bob, Thank you for everything. Spaghettini has the best Hot Wings on the island! Trinity enjoyed the toys in the shed as much as we did. The condo felt so much like home it's hard to leave. This place really brings out the best in all of us. We are getting married tomorrow and I know that this place really inspired it for that!
