Each unit has a washer/dryer/dishwasher. Electricity, cable TV,wireless internet access and water included.Central A/C.Linens,towels,beach chairs,beach umbrellas,beach towels provided.

  • Rented this condo last week of May 09 for my father. The pictures are 100%accurate..the place is as clean and updated and comfortable as advertised. Walking distance to the beach and all that Deerfield Beach has to offer. Roy is a great landlord and the neighbors are very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone and come back in the future. The only thing I would have liked was an add'l TV in the bedroom.

  • The place was great. Very clean and everything is new and updated. You only need to bring your clothes. All the necessary beach gear is provided ( Beach towels, chairs, umbrella). The apartment is across the street from the beach and a couple blocks from the pier, restaurants & bars.

    I had company training in Boca Raton for two weeks and decided before I left that I did not want to do the Hotel gig so I checked vacation rentals in nearby areas. I found the true gem of the Deerfield-Boca Raton area. I could not have been more pleased with the apartment. It was absolutely stunning. I was at times afraid to touch anything because it was so clean. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful and it is truly 300 steps to the beach. I highly recommend it!! Tony Heckard, Oregon, USA

    Comments: Condo was perfect : very clean; everything we needed was there. At walking distance of the beach - super. Neighbours were quiet, helpful and pleasant. The only inconvenience for us was that we did not have a private balcony. Apart from that, your place is one that we would recommend.   • Where to begin, spent 4 wonderous months at this perfect apartment.Dec-March. Had friends recommend this place who know how fussy I am. Talk about clean, comfortable and relaxing. It surpassed all my expectations. Everything anyone would ever need on vacation is there. Everything is new and done really nicely. Roy and Maria are the best property owners ever. So many special touches upon arrival and through out the stay. Nothing is over looked. Much closer than 300 steps to the glorious beach, Pier, Restaurants, shops. Very rarely used my vehicle, everything is walking distance. The patio and the back Zen garden are so relaxing. Hope to be back next season. I give it a 5 star rating.

  • We had no idea what to expect when we rented this apartment. Let me tell you we were pleasantly surprised, nicely decorated and very clean. We had an enjoyable stay at Deerfield Beach for the month of February. Roy was always there if you needed anything and at any time of the day or night, a very quick response that made us feel comfortable in our home away from home. One of the nicest features was that the ocean is within a short walk across the street. Also the pier shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We are planning on returning in 2009 and extending our stay.

Being able to walk to the beach, sit outside and eat our breakfast, walk to resaurants - it was all great and we would definately stay here again if we ever make it back to that area.

  • We went back for another Christmas at this lovely condo and had another great time. The place was as nice as we had found it last year. Even nicer in fact! I had made some suggestions to Roy about things that would be helpful to have and he made sure they are now there. The landscaping improvements are wonderful. They are always so accommodating of our children and make sure they have everything needed. The other neighbors in the building are very nice and friendly and quiet. Highly recommended!

  • This place has it all. Great location accross from the beach and 200 yards from shops, restaurants, and bars. The condo was equipped with everything you could need from soap and bottle water to beach chairs and beach towels. Roy and Maria were a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating. Furthermore the condo was spotless and the yard was beautfiully landscaped. Would definetely recommend this place to any visitor. Thanks for everything Roy and Maria.
