Easy access to the PA TPK and route 80. (Golf, Between Big Boulder/Jack Frost Ski resorts, Split Rock Resort). This bright, beautiful, newly renovated vacation home sleeps 14-16 people. Four spacious bedrooms with three queen-size beds, one full-size bed, and one queen-size sofa bed. The living room is on the second level. Dining room table has seating for 10. Kitchen another 4 and living room another 4. Separate game room with full-size pool table, wet bar and a stone fireplace. It has a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and granite floors and counter tops. Two brand new granite bathrooms. There is a possiblity for large groups of up to 30 people between two houses next to each other. Lake Harmony Estate features community private beach just a few minutes away. Split Rock Resort is walking distance and for a small fee you can enjoy their amenities and activities: Tennis and baseball courts, golfing, bowling, video game room. Movie theater and special events (Comedy shows and dancing). Coming soon is the Split Rock Resort Water Park and the new Jack Frost Golf Club - Scheduled to open in the fall 2006. Winter Activities: This vacation home is just two minutes away from Jack Frost Mountain and five minutes away from Big Boulder Mountain ski areas and has a snow mobile trail starting at the back yard of this beautiful vacation home. The Pocono's offers relaxing and exciting attractions such as: skiing, snowboarding, white water rafting adventures, splatter and paintball games, rail-trail biking, and more. Special Events such as the annual Beer and Food Festival in October and more. All these events are in this area. So please, come and enjoy the Pocono's while staying in this lovely home.
