Beautiful 8,200 square-foot Porto Cima Luxury Mansion on the 14 Mile Marker.
Home has 3 Levels with 8+ Bedrooms and 6+ Bathrooms.
Features 3 King Master Suites and 1 Queen Master Bedroom Suite all with 40" HDTV Flat Screen TVs.
Sleeps 28 in Beds: 4 King Beds, 4 Queen Beds, 1 King & 1 Queen Sofa Beds Plus 4 double/single Bunk Beds.

Main Level features Living Room, Master Suite with sitting room, an Office with Queen Bed, a Dining Table that seats 12, a spacious kitchen with bar top that seats 9 and a warm hearth area with a large sectional sofa. The Main Level Deck features access from the Hearth Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom. Enjoy the best view at the lake while sitting on the deck morning, noon or evening.

Middle Level has 4 Bedrooms featuring 2 King Master Suites, an Entertainment Area with a Full Kitchen including two under-counter refrigerators, microwave, stove, ice maker, sink, dish washer, and bar seating for four. The bar area sits adjacent to a Pool Table, two sofas, a chair and ottoman and Big Screen TV. The Middle Level Deck is covered, has a ceiling fan and has a loveseat with two chairs and ottomans to enjoy sitting outside while watching the view on the lake.

Lower Level has a small bar with counter top, sink, and ice maker. Lower Level features 4 double/single bunk beds. This large room also features a Ping Pong Table The Queen Suite with a wonderful lake view is at the other end of the Lower Level.

The Pool area features a 20' by 40' Sports Pool that can accommodate a family game of Volleyball. The pool area has table and chairs for the entire group to hangout and enjoy. Across from the pool is the Dock Area featuring a large swim platform.

The home has a full-house audio system to listen to your favorite Music Station or CD in the kitchen or at the pool.

  • We celebrated our parents anniversary with our entire family enjoying this beautiful home. It was very elegant, clean and perfect for a family of 20. We even catered in a sit-down meal an evening and was fabulous. We defiantely hope to come back.

  • My family and I stayed there in June. It was a very nice place to stay. There are many things to do in the area and boat and jet ski rentals available. 3 stories plus the stairs up from the pool were a challenge for my 84 year old Aunt but she did fine. I highly recommend this place.

  • It was a wonderful experience for my family and I. We were all feeling the stress of but another international tour with friends and boorish investors; this terrific hideaway was just perfect for us. Close proximity to the airport allowed our pilot to shuttle us in and out from our activities. It was a marvelous blend of water and nature. The amenities at the lake house were super. I intend to tell my friends what great accommodations we had. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  • If you have ever seen pictures of lakefront homes on TV and wonder what it would be like to be their,here's your chance.We had our family reunion here. 35 of us enjoyed a week fun and memories. This home gives you pictorial views and homtown living. Rooms are very spacious.Outside decks on every floor make for morning and evenings very relaxing.Swimming pool by the water is great.For family reunions or corporate get aways, this home has enough room to get away from every one ,even though you are all there.

  • My family stayed at the lake house, for a week. We had an awesome time. The pool was excellent for the kids, and having the lake for swimming, boating, and jet skiing was perfect. You had it all right there. The house was beautiful and warm. We felt at home there. I would recommend this house for vacation to anyone.

  • Larry and I enjoyed a weeks stay at the Lake House along with all our family for a family reunion, 36 in all. It was totally awesome. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible and wish we could enjoy the view every morning and evening forever. The ages of the family members ranged from 3 to 67 and from the 400 plus pictures that were taken, there was always smiles on faces. We wish we could enjoy a vacation there with our family every summer.
