  This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and we had a great family vacation! The condo was just what we needed in terms of being ocean front with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect - the beach was absolutely gorgeous and wasn't very crowded. It was close to Barefoot Landing, where we had great meals and shopped. And our kids absolutely loved Broadway at the Beach! Karen was great to rent from, helpful and willing to answer all of my questions before and during our stay. When the entire Shore Drive area experienced a water main break, Karen responded quickly, calling City Hall to find out answers for us. While the water issue was completely out of her control, she made it her priority. I can't say the same of the management of the Sands Beach Club. They gave us no information about the water break and weren't proactive in keeping guests informed of the problem. Again, Karen was a dynamo through the whole experience. Finally, coming from a state where there are strict smoking laws, we were surprised to see so many guests smoking by the pool and on the beach. And, when guests smoked on their balconies, the smell would make its way into our condo. I'm sure it is like this in other properties along Myrtle Beach, so it was more a matter of our not knowing the smoking rules in this beautiful beach side community.

  My wife and I got married while in Myrtle Beach this week . This beautiful condo made the transition that much easier. The owners were a delight to work with and answered all our questions in a clear and consise manner. The in unit washer and dryer was such a great addition. We always stay on Shore Drive and this location has by far been the best. The lagoon and almost private beach were very peaceful.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We recently stayed at this property to attend a baseball tournament at nearby Cal Ripken stadiums. Our team rented their own individual condos and I believe this was by far the nicest of them all. There is a lot to be said about an owner that invests in comfortable, pillow top mattresses, updated appliances and counters. Place was extremely comfortable (family of 5), view was amazing and Karen was a delight with which to work. I'd definitely stay here with my family if we head back to Myrtle Beach.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  We stayed in August of 2008 and this is a very nice unit. The owners have everything you could need and the unit is very nice with modern appliances. The keyless entry is wonderful and I would highly recommend this unit and the Patel's are wonderful to rent from!

  We stayed at this condo the last week in Sept 2007 and had a great time. The condo is beautiful, very well maintained and the location is wonderful. The facilities are very well maintained with a very nice pool, beautiful oceanfront view, quiet area, great tennis courts. We'd love to come back! Karen was wonderful to work with too! Thank you for the hospitality!

  We stayed here for Memorial Day week and it really is the best. We have been staying at the Sands Beach Club for several years and some of the condos are really not good. Do yourself a favor and pick this one first! It's clean, modern and well kept. We will try to stay here from now on. Karen Patel is easy to communicate with. Highly Recommened!!!!!

  I own a condo at Sand's Ocean Club, but after seeing 923 on VRBO decided to rent it so I could see how the remodeling looked. It is definitely one of the nicest units at Sand's Beach Club. We use VRBO for all our vacations and it is the nicest unit we have had anywhere. It has a wonderfully equipped kitchen, nice sheets and towels etc. The Patels were excellent to rent from. I will definitely call them again.

  Our family had a wonderful vacation while staying at the Sands Beach Club #923. The superb accommodations, breathtaking ocean view, the location and amenities of the Sands Beach Club provided my family with the fun relaxing vacation that we were searching for. Even though this is an older facility, we found this condo to be everything that the website says it is and more! The condo is beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings, has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and has lots of other nice amenities, provided by the owners, that we have not found in other places that we have stayed. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating !! This was one of our best vacations and we are planning a return trip this summer. :)
