Enjoy the ocean waves from the oceanfront balcony of this beautiful and inviting condominium that comfortably sleeps seven. The spacious, newly furnished living area with all new carpet provides spectacular ocean views of this private beach front resort. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, restaurant and bar, pizza and sub shop, lighted tennis and basketball courts, and fitness room. One of the the unique features of the resort is the estuary inlet next to the resort which provides great wildlife and shelling opportunities.

Sands Beach Club Resort is located at the south end of the desirable Arcadian Shores area and is very family-friendly. The resort is secluded, while close to all of the Myrtle Beach Attractions.

Listen to the waves as you drift off to sleep in the Master Bedroom and awake to the breathtaking oceanfront view. The Master Bedroom also has a separate balcony entrance and its own private full bathroom with new granite top vanity. Either bedroom will leave you feeling refreshed and rested after sleeping on the New pillow-top mattresses with all new bedding.

The beautifully decorated second bedroom with all New furnishings has a full size bed along with a twin bed. Conveniently located, a full bath with new granite top vanity is right next to the second bedroom. For additional guests, there is a New queen size pullout sofa in the living room. New Granite countertops and new Stainless Steel Appliances in the fully-appointed Ocean View kitchen provide all of the comforts of home.

This Condominium is convenient for all of the fun activities Myrtle Beach has to offer, such as Shopping, GOLF, Putt-putt, and many excellent restaurants located nearby. The Tanger Factory Outlet Stores are just minutes away. The Kingston Plantation Golf Course and the Dunes Golf Courses are almost next door. Ocean Annie's oceanfront nightclub with live music is only a short stroll up the beach. Guests may also use the facilities located at Sands Ocean Club. Calabash, NC is also only a 30 minute drive for the best of local seafood.

  • We stayed in August of 2008 and this is a very nice unit. The owners have everything you could need and the unit is very nice with modern appliances. The keyless entry is wonderful and I would highly recommend this unit and the Patel's are wonderful to rent from!

  • We stayed at this condo the last week in Sept 2007 and had a great time. The condo is beautiful, very well maintained and the location is wonderful. The facilities are very well maintained with a very nice pool, beautiful oceanfront view, quiet area, great tennis courts. We'd love to come back! Karen was wonderful to work with too! Thank you for the hospitality!

  • We stayed here for Memorial Day week and it really is the best. We have been staying at the Sands Beach Club for several years and some of the condos are really not good. Do yourself a favor and pick this one first! It's clean, modern and well kept. We will try to stay here from now on. Karen Patel is easy to communicate with. Highly Recommened!!!!!

  • I own a condo at Sand's Ocean Club, but after seeing 923 on VRBO decided to rent it so I could see how the remodeling looked. It is definitely one of the nicest units at Sand's Beach Club. We use VRBO for all our vacations and it is the nicest unit we have had anywhere. It has a wonderfully equipped kitchen, nice sheets and towels etc. The Patels were excellent to rent from. I will definitely call them again.

  • Our family had a wonderful vacation while staying at the Sands Beach Club #923. The superb accommodations, breathtaking ocean view, the location and amenities of the Sands Beach Club provided my family with the fun relaxing vacation that we were searching for. Even though this is an older facility, we found this condo to be everything that the website says it is and more! The condo is beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings, has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and has lots of other nice amenities, provided by the owners, that we have not found in other places that we have stayed. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating !! This was one of our best vacations and we are planning a return trip this summer. :)
