This gulf front condo is owned by a real estate agent and her brother, both live in California. It is so nice for them to get away with their families and enjoy the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Belleair Beach is a quiet upscale residential community that is a perfect get away. You can enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, drive to Tampa for the excitement, and Orlando and the amusements parks are only approximately 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is lots of fun. But, most of all the sunsets are fabulous. This is a perfect place to get cozy and enjoy the beach front without the hassle of ownership.

Thanks so much for the great vacation we had in your condo! We really needed the rest and serenity, the long walks on the beach and watching the dolphins from the balcony; we couldn't have asked for more! It was great coming back to the sounds of the ocean and coziness of your rental after enjoying the lively nightlife. I highly recommend Crabby Bill's Outdoor Bar for its live music and great food, right on the bay. BJ's has dancing and is also lots of fun! Can't wait for our return visit next year! Miss it already! Thanks again!

Beautiful Spanish style building, tastefully decorated and comfortable condo is situated so you can enjoy the sunrise through the kitchen window/main door and sunset on the balcony and living room. Wonderful cross breezes kept the condo comfortable during our early spring stay. The beach area was very private, and a walk along in either direction was very picturesque. The masterbedroom is situated so that you fall asleep with the sounds of the waves and awaken to the sounds of the sea birds. Natural entertainment happens watching pelicans, seabirds, dolphins, boats and others enjoying themselves on the beach. The occupants of the building were quiet and private. Parking at the condo is very "tight" when full. Take lots of quarters for the coin operated washer and dryer which are located on each of the three floors. A phone was listed but after inquiring about the number was advised there would be no landline, explaination was, everyone carries cell phones. This was a problem for us until we got international coverage which took five days after arrival. Also listed was a barbeque but there was none, owner does not reside in area and may not have known, we missed that ammenity. Highly recommend dinner on the boardwalk in the strip mall towards Clearwater at Backwater, the restaurant front is simple but the food is great. Also there in the strip mall was a parrot called Pucker Lips, his cage was outside his owner's jewellery store. He said she favors "older men" and speaks many words. The description of the condo regarding location and pictures are most accurate. It was clean and well maintained. The condo owner communicated pleasantly and quickly either by phone or email. We had a most entertaining, relaxing experience at Belleair Sands. You can't help but enjoy this condo and its tasteful atmosphere.

The condo is just as lovely as the pictures. Very comfortable and has everything that is needed. The condo is in a great location. Close to the marina in Clearwater with lots of activities. The fishing was great. The beach was wide and we saw dolphins swim by almost every night we were there. I would and will return next year. J Johnson
