Our comfy river house is located on the beautiful Cullasaja River, with 200 feet river frontage and 2 acres of beautifully landscaped lawn. We are centrally located 6 miles south of Franklin, off Highway 64, Highlands Road, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 10 minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants and other conveniences. The river is great for trout fishing or just relaxing and keeping cool. If it's cool outside, enjoy the hot tub on the outside deck.
Our river home is very nicely furnished with hardwood floors, big screen satellite TV in the living room and televisions in all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. The second master has king bed and ½ bath, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed which converts to 2 twins or king size. Two screened porches provide outside seating and grilling areas. Perfect for a glass of wine and sunset. If it gets too cold on the porch, come inside to the glow of the fire in the stone fireplace or relax in the hot tub on the outside deck while star-gazing. If you prefer to cook your own meals, the kitchen is totally furnished to handle your culinary adventures, or there are numerous great restaurants in Franklin, Cashiers and Highlands.
You will have very easy access to all attractions around the Smoky Mountains including whitewater rafting, kayaking, tubing, golfing, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, shopping, antiquing, or whatever your heart desires.
