Our condominium is a fully furnished, three-bedroom, two-bath, 1900-plus-square-foot condominium including 200-square-foot balcony with views of the ocean. Our unit is located in Building Two on the third floor, directly across the street from the no-vehicle beach.
Recent additions include a 50-inch HD flat screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a 32-inch TV and both the second and third bedrooms have a 27-inch TVs.
Free WiFi access is now available at both of the pool clubhouses.
Covered parking is located on the first floor of the building, with elevator access and baggage/grocery carts for easy transporting of luggage, groceries, etc.
The master suite contains a queen-sized bed, complete furnishings, and includes a 32-inch television. Additionally, the large master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and a large vanity with two sinks. The second and third bedrooms are complete with all furnishings and include a queen-sized bed and twin beds respectively.
The great room includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, from coffee maker to seafood steamer to convenient breakfast bar. The dining area includes a table and chairs for more formal dinners. The living room has a sofa, loveseat, 50-inch HD TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo.
The condominium includes a complete laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and large stationary tub conveniently located directly off of the kitchen.
Next to our building is a heated pool with covered patio deck area, barbecue facilities, Jacuzzi spa, two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, putting green, and basketball court.
Oceanwalk is a gated community that features two clubhouses, each with a fitness center, dry sauna, changing facilities, and large multi-purpose room with big screen TV and kitchen area.
New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located within 45 minutes of Cape Canaveral, 20 minutes of Daytona beaches and the International Speedway, and one hour and 15 minutes from all Orlando attractions.
