Our second home is the ideal place to stay for a great Ski Vacation, so please make yourself at home in our beautifully Renovated Treehouse Condo in Wildernest, a great neighborhood in Silverthorne, Colorado!
Our spacious and Upgraded condo has Vaulted Ceilings, 2 main bedrooms + 1 large loft and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a NEW KING bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror and bedding and a Private Bath. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, NEW nightstand, dresser, mirror and bedding with a 2nd Bath just steps away. The Loft sleeps 5 people on 2 twin beds, a twin trundle and a Double bed. The living room has a New Sleeper Sofa for 2 and a New Love Seat. ALL NEW BEDDING & PILLOWS throughout the condo as of April '10! The fully equipped kitchen is nicely Remodeled with new Cabinets, Granite countertops and Stainless Steel appliances. There are all NEW dishes, glasses, mugs, flatware, pots & pans, etc.! The living room features a wood-burning Fireplace (wood provided in winter), NEW FLATSCREEN TV with Cable, NEW BLU-RAY/DVD, and a NEW Wii!!! We are family friendly, providing a travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub, kids' step stool, kids' plates, bowls and flatware!
The FREE Shuttle Bus to Skiing, Shopping or Nightlife picks up right outside the Clubhouse. The on-site Clubhouse offers an indoor Pool, Hot Tubs, Saunas, Fitness Room, Game Room with ping pong, pool, air hockey and video games, and Laundry facilities. The complex is family friendly, with a Swing-Set, outdoor Barbeque grills (in warmer months), Tennis courts and horseshoes!
We are located in the Wildernest Residential area, easily accessed from I-70 and just 10-20 minutes to the four Summit Ski areas (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin). Only 30 minutes to Vail or Loveland ski areas.

- No Pets Allowed : Our sons are all sensitive to allergens, the eldest being HIGHLY allergic to several kinds of animals. I'm sorry, but we are very firm about our NO PETS rule and you will forfeit your deposit and be fined if our housekeepers notify us of any evidence that an animal was in our home.
- Kid Friendly : The loft is GREAT for kids! We provide a travel crib, Svan (Swedish) high chair, baby bathtub, kids' step stool, kids' plates, bowls and flatware!
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be 18 years old to rent the condo.
- Smoking Not Allowed : If anyone smokes in our condo you will forefit your security deposit and will also be fined. Please be considerate of us, our children and our other guests!!! Thank you.

Silverthorne is the ideal vacation spot for both winter and summer visitors. Being located centrally to several world-class ski areas and on a free bus line makes it easy to try out many mountains in the winter. The perfect warm weather and ample outdoor activities (trailheads are practically right out the backdoor of Treehouse Condos!!!) make it ideal for summer visitors! Plus, there's a fabulous Outlet Mall in town for those who love to shop!
Only 1.9 miles from our condo, the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is full of great stores and is a necessary stop for any visitor to Silverthorne!
Only 3.2 miles from our condo, a full service Rec. Center is complete with a track, pools, weight rooms, a gymnasium, racquetball, aerobics, kids corner, etc. Fun for the whole family!
