  Nice Town Home. Clean and well maintained. Great views of Breck from master bedroom and living room. Plenty of room and beds for several families. Kitchen well stocked with cooking gear. Hot tub clean and roomy. Would stay again. Downtown a 2 minute drive. Would recommend for either summer or winter. Owner is great to work with.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, adventure seekers.

  Our 7 person family was very, very comfortable at this lovely and well-maintained condo in Breckenridge. It's a great location along the river AND you can easily walk to Main Street, restaurants, shops, museums, etc. The kitchen is open and easy-to-use, the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy - if you, like me, have many little kids to bathe before bed. We enjoyed the 3 decks and hot tubs in the evenings and found the overall experience to be one of our best vacations yet. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit and we will definitely rent from these owners again - they were easy to work with, efficient and friendly. It's a great spot from which to enjoy Breckenrdige during any season!

  This property was very well maintained and the owner made himself fully available at all times. The views are fantastic, the kitchen is spacious and the rooms are quite comfortable. We loved the close proximity to town yet quite and peaceful neighborhood. The hot tub on the deck tops off any day of hiking or skiing - wonderful! I'd recommend this property to anyone, especially those with kids. A don't miss restaurant nearby for breakfast is the Blue Moose (cash only :)

  This is our second time staying in this River Park Condo, once in the winter for skiing and this time in the summer. The view is wonderful with the mountains visible from the front and the back. The kitchen is very well equipped and a great floor plan for family gatherings. It's open and airy! Our family likes to start out the day with a hike up Little Mountain which is a close walk to the trail head from the condo. In the winter, it's easy to walk to the bus stop and the bus will drop you off at the slopes for skiing! Looking forward to our next trip!
