  We really enjoyed our time on Hilton Head Island at this villa. The location was excellent, and all of the photos / descriptions were very accurate so the only surprises were pleasant ones. It is wonderfully located on the complex for anyone who wishes to walk to the beach, pool or tennis in less than 2 minutes. That was extremely convenient. We enjoyed being able to clearly see the ocean from our balcony from sunrise to nightfall, and spent a lot of time watching the ocean. You can also hear the ocean from the balcony and the living area when the tide is in. We did not do a great deal of cooking in the villa, but we did a bit and all of the appliances were clean and in good working order. The villa was well equipped for our weeklong stay. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we could easily bring our 2 kids here with ample sleeping space. I personally tried all of the beds and found them to be comfortable (a bit of research). We plan on returning to this villa in the future, either with our kids or just the 2 of us.

  We came here in April with my two small children and adolescent. We had an absolute blast! The condo was perfect -- just enough space for all of us. Everyone loved the beach and the pool. The beach and pool entrance was a short walk across the parking lot -- less than two minutes. Nice, big clean beach and huge swimming pool area deck with perfect kids pool. If you are looking for a place to have a nice family beach vacation, this is it. Condo also close to area restaurants and cute shops and grocery shopping. Onsite laundry, tennis courts, and playground. Can't wait to get back someday!

We try to meet the needs of all ages of guests, young like yourself with children--beach chairs, sand toys, buckets, everyone--cleanliness, decor, amenities (paper napkins, foil, plastic wrap, detergent, cards, hair dryer, sewing kit, first aid kit, iron and ironing board) fully equipped kitchen and of course the beautiful ocean view. We love watching pelicans, sea gulls, shrimp boats, kite surfers, sunrises--the beauty of nature. We would love for you to stay with us again.

  We came back again for the Month of October 2010.2 years in a row! We got to know the owners of the Original Pancake House in Bluffton -great food. The apt was perfect -not overly fancy. Terrific view of Ocean. Owners are very nice to the extent of even sending a thank you note each year. Can't say enough about this-we will return again. Hugos is another great restaurant. Very clean & all in working order. Beautiful balcony.

  Owner response: It is so very nice to hear from past renters. They always mention cleanliness of unit, great ocean view , amenities which include beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, laundry hamper, clothes drying rack, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen, decor, nearness to elevator and quiet outside hallway entrance. Several families are returning to our unit B 306 for the 5th or 6th year in a row, they say it is their beach home.

  We stayed last year in October & everything was better than advertised! We met the owners in 2008 & knew it would be wonderful. Great weather,location & the unit was very comfortable. We will be back!!

  I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We also appreciated that we were close to the elevator. It was just perfect. Thanks again
