Your condo is located on the waterfront, with a beautiful, unobstructed, panoramic, tropical view of the golf course, it's ponds, and partial water view of the bay. The island is a walker's paradise. Due to the openness of the boulevard and the tall majestic Royal Palms that line it's center, lighted streets, and the presence of 24 hour security, walking is always very popular.
Fishing is at your back-door with your own fishing dock, with fish cleaning station and running water. For swimmers and sun people, enjoy the wonderful heated pool, a shaded hot tub, or just hang out on your new, beautiful pool deck and furniture. You may want to walk a few yards down to your beach on the bay. Your condo will also offer a very well equipped recreational room that includes pool table, ping-pong table, game tables and a mirrored exercise area. Here, you will find weight machines, bikes,tread mills, and much more. There is a social room with full kitchen facilities in the K building next door, which is available for large group gatherings.
Off the island nearby, you will find Fort Desoto less than 15 minutes across the bay. Fort Desoto was voted #1 of America's Top 10 Best Beaches in the USA for 2005. St. Pete Beach is less than 10 minutes across the bay and the city of Saint Petersburg is less that 20 minutes and offers it's Pier, Baywalk, the arts, fishing, parks, and shopping, with easy parking.
