Property description

This large stylish villa, located in Cala Moli in the municipality of San José, consists of 5 bedrooms, 3/4 bathrooms and a separate guest house. It has a living area of 350 m2 over 3 levels, a garden, several terraces and its own 15 metre infinity pool. The villa has a fabulous 270 degree view onto the sea and the Esparta, Bledas and Conejera islands. The property lies on a plot of 3,000 square metres. Cala Vedella, Cala Moli and Cala D'Hort, some of the finest beaches on the island, are a short distance away

The main villa and guest house is set in its own small private garden which has a palm, almond and lemon tree . The main house boasts a charming tower, made of traditional Ibicencan stone, housing the master bedroom and ensuite. A large terrace off it offers superb views of the sea and nearby islands. All the bedrooms and living areas benefit from air-conditioning. The outdoor covered porch, adjacent to the upper terrace houses a BBQ area.

The villa is a 5 minute drive from San Jose, a 15 minute drive from the international airport/Ibiza town and 12 minutes from San Antonio. The local beach at Cala Moli is a 10 minute walk away. Other beaches (Cala Vadella and Cala d'Hort) a 5 minute drive away. All offer wonderful views, good food, swimming, water skiing and diving.

The night-life on Ibiza is renowned as one of the best in Europe and the islands many clubs, bars and restaurants are readily accessible from the villa.
