Beautiful oceanfront upscale estate with 10,000 square feet of living space, which includes a separate guest house, 3000 square feet of decks and 1300 square feet of terrace.

There are 8 bedrooms plus a private loft with Queen sleeper sofa and full bath, which makes up the ninth bedroom, 9 large baths and a 6 car garage with parking for 9. The bedrooms include 6 King Master Suites with private balconies, Jacuzzi tubs, large showers with 3 shower heads in each and granite counters. Two of the Master Suites are direct oceanfront, with full body massage jets in the showers and heated Jacuzzi tubs. The Two regular bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.

The guest house includes 2 king master suites with ocean view deck, each suite having it's own bar area with granite counters, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and sink.

Enjoy 2 large oceanfront third and fourth story rooftop spas, one with a fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen including a sink, refrigerator, icemaker, gas grill, stereo and TV. There are 2 beautifully landscaped pools with a large 4 foot waterfall, shooting water fountains, spa and summer kitchens. The pools are also illuminated with multi-color LED lights.

This professionally decorated home has 3 different living areas, with a fully equipped bar and a sleeper sofa in each. One living area is a private top floor loft with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, full bath, 50 inch plasma TV, surround sound, DVD, Playstation 2, stereo and game table. It also has a private oceanfront balcony with hot tub. The other living areas have full oceanfront views, 50 inch plasma TV/surround sound, DVD, stereo, stone fireplace with gas logs, leather sofas and game tables.

The gourmet kitchen is elaborately designed with granite counters, ornate custom cabinetry and top quality stainless steel appliances from name brands such as Electrolux and GE Monagram. It also has a 20 foot uniquely shaped island with raised bar, 2 dishwashers, sinks, icemaker and barstools. There is oceanfront dining for 25 people.

The furnishing in the home are top of the line including brands such as Hooker, Thomasville and the best mattresses available by Sealy.

Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops and restaurants is only a short walk away.

  • We stayed in your beautiful home for two weeks this August, and could not have been more pleased. We had different groups of people with us each of the two weeks and both groups raved over the accommodations and their proximity to the beach. The two pools (one in the sunny courtyard and another under the big house)are a nice touch especially with small children so that they are not overexposed to the sun. The home was well stocked with dishware cookware glassware and silver and two dishwashers is great when dealing with larger parties. It was a great place to entertain our families (the younger adults commented that this must be what it is like to be a rock star) with all the great views, great comforts ( awesome showers, multiple hot tubs, outdoor kitchen as well as great indoor kitchen, flat screen TV in every room,etc). Thanks again for a great stay that we are looking forward to next summer as well.
