We had a wonderful time spending New Year Holidays at this property. We liked the fact that all information provided about property was correct, the response time from the owners was quick, communication with them was very professional, and all that was promised regarding property conditions and amenities was delivered. The location of the complex is very favorable, the beach is perfect, the floor plan of the unit is very accommodating for family with kids. We highly recommend this property. Thanks.

We just returned from a week in this wonderful unit. It is even better in person than in the pictures. The unit is clean and beautiful, and the owners provided many "extras" that few condos have. Things like bars of soap, liquid hand soap, etc. just made it so easy to move in an enjoy our week. The view was perfect, parking was easy, and communication with the owners from start to finish was excellent. Also, the beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. We would love to return to this exceptional condo--if you go you won't be disappointed!

Ladies, Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We took our son and his friend for their senior spring break. It was absolute bliss for all of us. We did not want to leave. What a special vacation for us, our baby is graduating in June from high school and is joining the service. The time we spent in your home will always be remembered by all of us. The homemade donuts from Thomas down the street are already missed. The beautiful sunsets, the early morning walks on the beach. It was the best of both worlds. The condo was on the quiet end of the beach which gave my husband and me the relaxation and peace we needed but close enough to the busy strip area for the seniors we had with us and close to the wonderful shopping of the pier and the beach shops. The grills were nice at the condo and the people we met were all friendly. The pools and hottub were wonderful. I had every intention of using the wonderful gym but never seemed to make it. I was on "vacation". Guess we will have to come back next year so I can try that. The condo itself was beautiful. Thank you again for the best spring break.

The Parrot house was the perfect condo for our annual girls retreat. We had the best time. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, the beds were super comfortable and first and formost the owners are awesome. I love when people are flexable and friendly and that is what you get with these gals. All the Ya-Ya's agree, we will go back to PCB either as a group again or with our families and when we do we are staying at the Parrot House!!

September 29- October 6 Wow! I can not say enough wonderful things about this condo. *The owners were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Our deposit was returned without any hassle once we arrived back home. *The condo has EVERYTHING you need: a very large washer and dryer, all the cooking utensils and tools that you can think of, large supply of towels, extra pillows, 2 large extremely comfortable beds (yes they are as soft and as they look), a pull out couch, tvs in both the bedrooms and living room, highspeed internet, and more. *OUR FAVORITE part of the condo is the balcony. The pictures don't do it justice. Sitting at the table looking out into the ocean all you can see it water. The sunset were fantastic. All through out the day, we could see large groups of dolphins swimming, playing and jumping in the air. In fact, we were so high up at one point there was a small plane that flew past that we were parallel with. * The beach was nice and clean. Of course the water was beautiful. It was, however, red tide but that can't be helped. *The staff was very friendly and helpful. In short, we will definitely be looking into renting this condo again next year.

My parents and I visited for bike weekend. We have stayed in other condos along the beach and by far are most impressed and comfy here. Whomever decorated did a wonderful job coordinating the furniture pieces and arrangement of colors. It creates a total relaxation especially the down pillows and comforters. AWESOME!

Wow..what a wonderful place! Thank you so much for letting us come here for a get-away. The bed is heavenly! The view from the balcony is breathtaking...good choice!! I hope I get to come back to this little slice of heaven.
