Location, Location, Location...This newly remodeled quiet residential air-conditioned condo is just one mile south of quaint "Kona village." Imagine yourself sitting by the pool watching spinning dolphins, para-sailers, and cruise ships, all from our wonderful pool right on the ocean and only steps from our private condo! Close to village, restaurants, luaus and other activities.
Just a 12 to 15 minute walk or rent a car and drive 2 minutes. Many condos are up to five miles away from the Village, but we are one of the closer complexes to all the Village Activities!

We are a private end of building condo that faces the ocean... We have one neighbor above and one behind... no one on either side or below us. This beautifully decorated condo is private and has one of the largest Lanais (porches) you will find. All the furnishings are newer including a CD player, DVD player & three TV's and three VCR’s with a selection of 40 movies!!
Great for people who have children or just want to watch movies & TV in bed at night. We have ceiling fans in every room and a queen sleeper sofa. Our linens & towels are new in 06' and the Kitchen has beautiful dishes and many appliances to help you make any meal. We try to stock many spices, some cooking basics and condiments. We love our home away from home, and hope you will too!

Rates vary between High Season (Dec-Mar) & Low Season (Apr-Nov).

High Season .. $125/nt (5 nt minimum) .. $825/wk .. $2700/mo.
Low Season ... $ 95/nt (5 nt minimum) .. $635/wk .. $2140/mo.
We require an advance Deposit of $200 & a $75 non-refundable Cleaning Fee.
The balance is due in full 30 nts prior to arrival. Hawaii taxes 11.4%
$50 cancellation charge, cancel 30 nts prior to arrival no refunds!
$200 Deposit returned within 3 wks of departure, if no damage.
