Sorrell Cottage – 95 Rosemary Ave, Rosemary Beach, FL

Sitting south of 30A in Rosemary Beach, Sorrell Cottage is a large 3,070 sq ft home that sleeps 10 people, has a private heated pool, an elevator and offers excellent gulf views from the balconies. This home is perfect for 2 families to share with plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining and is just 135 walking steps from the beach. You will also be able to have access to all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Graceful front entrance has 4 rockers for relaxation. As you enter the home, you find the media/sitting room with wet bar, mini frig, large sectional sofa, upholstered coffee table/ottoman, huge 52” LCD TV, stereo with CD and DVD. Some games and puzzles provided. French doors from this room open out to the private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). Powder room also accesses outside shower which opens out onto pool. Perfect for clean up after a day at the beach. Convenient elevator whisks you up to all floors. Hall laundry closet has stackable washer / dryer and laundry sink. Bunk bedroom has 2 built-in bunk beds (4 twins), each with their own reading lamp. Additional features include a closet, drawers under the beds for storage, 2 chairs and a little side table with lamp plus a private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity sink. Queen bedroom has one bedside table with lamp, dresser, 2 closets and a private bath with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.

Second Floor: This floor has the large combined kitchen, dining and living areas. Kitchen features a central island with five bar stools and prep sink. Top of the line appliances include a 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave, double sink and frig with icemaker. Granite countertops and custom cabinets complete the area. French doors off kitchen open to a balcony with wicker lounger with ottoman. Dining table seats 8 in wicker chairs with a wood table. Living area includes 2 sofas, 2 side chairs, coffee table and a gas log fireplace. French doors off living area lead to large balcony outfitted with padded wicker love seat, and side chairs with ottoman. Outdoor dining table. Relax and enjoy the cool breezes coming off the nearby gulf. Convenient powder room off kitchen.

Third Floor: Queen bedroom has bedside table and lamp, side chair, dresser, lamp, LCD TV, closet and private bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower. French doors from this room go to private balcony outfitted with 2 tall chairs and excellent gulf views and views of the roof tops of Rosemary Beach. King master bedroom has armoire/dresser with TV, bedside table with lamp, chest and large private bath with his/her vanity sinks, and large walk-in shower. French doors from this room go to another private balcony outfitted with 2 tall chairs and excellent gulf views. Wireless internet for those who must stay in touch.

Outside: Large 10 x 20 private heated pool with patio area (fees apply for pool heating). Two padded loungers for relaxation poolside. Courtyard with fountain and bench seat (shared with carriage house). Parking pad in front of home offers parking for 2 cars off street. There are other parking pads all along Rosemary Avenue.

Sorrell Carriage House is rented separately and can be combined with the main house to create a family retreat with a total sleeping capacity of 14 people.

Love the porches, the roof top views, the comfortable furnishings, the window in the master shower. Thanks for sharing your home – our 17th summer in Seaside/Rosemary. This was one of our favorite houses!

The weather was absolutely perfect!! We did some wonderful things: bikes, pool, shopping, eating, flew a kite, played on the beach and, of course...Sugar Shack at night! Thank you for a wonderful retreat! We are leaving rested and refreshed. Your home is so comfortable and warm. We really enjoyed coffee on the porch and the beautiful books of nature with the children....
