Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, pecky cypress cabinetry, stainless Viking fridge, Jennair glass top range, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, deep copper sink, wine fridge, and built-in Miele espresso maker. Island has 2 tall bar stools. French doors open off kitchen to quiet shady backyard. Convenient powder room located off kitchen. Huge living room features 2 large sofas, 3 plush side chairs, work desk with lamp, ample side tables and lamps, gas log fireplace, 42” flat panel TV, DVD, whole house surround sound system, and wireless high speed internet connectivity. Master bedroom on this floor has a king bed, 42” flat panel TV, armoire, side chair with ottoman, 2 bedside tables and lamps plus a private bath with his and her vanity sinks and tub/shower.
Second Story: Second master bedroom is exactly the same size as the one on the ground floor and features a king bed, 42” flat panel TV, side chair, 2 bedside tables and lamps plus a private bath with his and her vanity sinks and walk-in shower. Third king bedroom has 2 bedside tables and lamps and shares a bath with the Twin bedroom which has a side chair, bedside table and lamp. The bath is between these two bedrooms and has a tub/shower. A large archway leads to the bunk room with its two built-in bunk beds (4 twins) each with its own reading lamp, 2 side chairs with 2 ottomans, 42” flat panel TV, and Blue Ray DVD player. Perfect for the kids, this huge area has ample floor space for them to spread out and a private bath with walk-in shower. The laundry room is off the bunk room. The second floor landing area looks down over the dining table and has French doors that open up to a gracious covered porch outfitted with 2 large wicker chairs with cushions and ottomans, an outdoor dining table that seats 4 and a cooling ceiling fan.
