Wonderful time with my girlfriends

So we had a girlfriends weekend . The location was perfect only a few miles away from all the major attractions. Me and my girl friends loved the gym, pool, and hot tub. The place was very clean and had all kinds of upgrades. I told the owner that my girlfriends and I watch a few shows that are on cable and he was kind enough to upgrade his cable package so we wouldnt miss our shows. We had a fantastic time and look forward to renting again .

Recommended for:Girls getaway.

Great time in disney

I had a wonderful time in Disney staying at the 7 Dwarfs Lane. The unit I rented was very clean and had all new sheets, blankets and pillows. The unit was in a great location just accross from the clubhouse and pool. The owner was awsome he let us check in early and even let us stay an extra day because he had no one comming in til a few days later.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this amazing townhome in January. The place was super clean, carpets were like new, and air condition worked great ! The beds were very comfortable and you can tell the owner really takes very good care of his home. The location of the unit was perfect, it was accross from the clubhouse and pool. My kids loved the basketball and volleyball and we had fun in the hottub and pool. To some this up would I rent this unit again ? YES :) I will rent this place every time I take my kids to Disney.

The house was good, complex excellent, Matresses are old and need replacement . the owner is reliable however after 1 month I never received my deposit back. I sent 5 emails and call numerous times . we know we keft the home better than we received it since we add bulbs to the master bathroom , we purchased batteries for the remote control for the dvd and TV .Also we removed all trash and put towels to clean, even we, of course paid the house keeper . all the other things were ok, I cannot keep calling an owner for my refund every day .Is common sense that refund should have been done by paypal as soon as his housekepper inspected the home .. I am also an owner and have my own listings on vrbo. And expect the same I do with the families that come to my home . I dont have time to call every day for my refund I expected different ,

We traveled by car from Montreal, Canada and all the way down we had a hard time reaching the owner, because we did not receive the door code. Finally on friday night at about 8pm we were able to reach him BUT the cleaning lady supposedly had not shown up yet, so Mr owner would not give us the door code until she changed it. It was 11pm and we were only 2 hours away, I called him again and the cleaning lady still had not shown up. I suggested to him that maybe he could give me the unchanged door code and tell the cleaning lady not to change the code because we were coming. We showed up and the place had notbeen cleaned...We had to sleep in dirty beds and wash ourselves in a dirty bathroom. We cleaned ourselves and the lady never showed up. The stay was nice though, the place was quiet and comfortable. When we left, we NEVER got to this day (we stayed there in June and today is mid september) our security deposit back, and the cleaning fee should have been reimbursed to us, since we cleaned the place ourselves. Although this looks like a big deal, IT IS NOT. DO not rent this place, you will never see your money back!

Owner response:This is not an actual account of the facts. The cleaning person had a family emergency ( which happens) and I told you that she would still come but it would be late ! When you checked out the place was left a mess and there were some items broken thats why your security deposit was not returned.

Good But one small Problem

We stayed in the house for 12 nights at Easter 2011. After travelling from Europe house was not cleaned when we arrived, contacted owner. He said that cleaner would be there within 4 hours, cleaner never arrived, rang owner two more times. Owner did not return calls. We had to clean the house ourselves, the beds needed to be made and the toilets and house needed to be cleaned. Cleaner eventually arrived at 10pm when we were in bed. House was cleaned at that stage. We paid extra for house cleaning. We requested that this be refunded with the security deposit and we were told that it could not be refunded. House in general was very good, location perfect, facilities very good. Apart from the issue with house cleaning house was ideal and we had a fantastic time.
