Accommodations:  House, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

30 second walk to the sands of Mission Beach, 35 seconds to the sands of Mission Bay. You have the world-class beach and surf break on one side, and the tranquil bay to the other. An amazing place.

The house itself is a small 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage with room for six adults -- 1 queen bed, 1 full, and 1 sofa-sleeper in the living room. Rare for mission beach is the two-car garage (for small cars), plus a spot on the side of the house for another small car. If you have bigger cars, you can leave the garage door open to make it more like a carport.

Amenities include 26" LCD Sharp Aquos TV, cable, wireless high-speed internet (no password), stereo/DVD, new gas barbecue, free laundry in the house, and outdoor shower. And of course the NEW 74-jet JACUZZI.

Overall, it's a nice little beach house. Not fancy, but clean. A perfect beach bungalow.

Last thing. DOGS OK! And they can go on the beach before 9am or after 6pm on-leash. Remember, no glass on the beach, and no alcohol on the beach before noon or after 8pm.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO OUTDOOR NOISE AFTER 10PM. DEPOSITS: $500 DAMAGE/POLICE DEPOSIT, $200 JACUZZI CLEANING DEPOSIT (BOTH VIA PERSONAL CHECK - WE WILL SHRED IF ALL IS OK). IF THE POLICE ARE CALLED YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
CLEANING FEE: $80 REGARDLESS OF DURATION OF STAY.

Sorry to get all serious, but some people abuse things and you have no choice. We want you to have a great time but neighbors are very close in Mission Beach, so late-night noise is just not permissable. Thanks!
