Beautifully appointed with newer furniture, newer appliances, newer carpet, two large bedrooms, including a master suite with California King-size bed, second bedroom with queen bed plus a king-size sofa bed in the living room. Two private patios with table for six and gas barbecue.
Mesquite Country Club is a beautifully landscaped, gated community near airport and downtown Palm Springs, with a large club house across the street, boasting a challenging 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, pools, spas, bike/walking paths and more. All pools have lounge chairs and tables/chairs.
Inside features include computer with high speed internet access, two TV's, DVD, CD/Stereo, fully equipped kitchen includes all small appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Why the Owner Chose Mesquite Country Club
We have owned our Mesquite Country Club Condo for over 20 years and have enjoyed modernizing and upgrading the home over the years. Both of us enjoyed visiting the desert and fell in love with the winter climate, the balmy summer nights, and the activities in the desert. We purchased the home before children, now our children are active in sports and school so we find it more dificult to find the time to escape to Palm Springs and have decided to let others enjoy the beautiful desert while we are busy with the kids!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We always enjoy the dining, shopping, and the outdoor activities that the desert offers. We keep bikes at the condo and enjoy biking, hiking, stopping in on the Thursday evening street fairs on Palm Canyon in the Palm Springs Village, visiting with friends and having a relaxing stay in at this great Mesquite Country Club get-away!
Great meals at the Clubhouse. Golf starter, pro shop, raquetball courts and more!

Kathy and Ron are both native Californians and enjoy traveling and the outdoors. We are a busy family with two teenage children and find most of our time is consumed with kids sports, scouts and other "kid" and "family" activities. We have always enjoyed visiting the desert and found Mesquite Country Club to be a great getaway that's close to the Palm Springs Village, the Canyons for hiking, golf, shopping and just about anything you could want in the Palm Springs oasis!
