Perfect sunny vacation spot, directly on the ocean, "Gulf of Mexico", with miles of white beaches. Ideal for long walks, shelling or just sit on your private balcony on the 7th floor watching the the world go by. Go for a swim in the heated pool or indulge yourself in the hot Jacuzzi.
Several restaurants just outside your door steps and only 100 feet to the supermarket, open 7 days a week. Close to "John's Pass" and gambling boats, Marinas with boat rentals. Your own parking space is included right under the building, fully covered and right next to the elevator. This unit is right outside the elevator.
The apartment has full washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays. Cable TV, as well as a phone with free incoming and local phone calls. The studio has a "Murphy bed" that is extremely easy to open and close as well as a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is over stocked with everything a gourmet chef would need with brand new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, granite countertops and imported Italian cabinetry. The Bathroom is being updated in November 2008 with new toilet and vanity as well as completely updated shower fixtures and tiles.
There is plenty of linen and towels as well as beach chairs, beach toys - you name it, we got it....
Just bring a swimsuit and a toothbrush and yourself....

This was exactly what we were looking for and of course the super weather helped alot. There were no problems with the condo; It was conveniently located and just the right size for 2 people. I hope I can keep you in mind next year if I decide to come again. Again, thanks a lot and if you don't mind I may give your name to some friends who may be looking for accommodations when they go to the Madeira Beach area.

What a pleasent stay we had, the unit is so very clear and it's completely stocked with everything you need. Like the owners said, just bring a toothbrush and it's all you need. It REALLY IS..... We will be back soon to this wonderful place. Bill and Sue
