No street to cross; just walk through the parking lot and you're on the beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has a keyless entry system and has been recently renovated in an aqua blue color scheme for a relaxing beach getaway. The 19 foot balcony provides beautiful views of sand dunes, custom homes and the gulf where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your favorite evening beverage listening to the sound of the waves.
This 2nd floor condo has all new furnishings and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people: - Master BR: Plush king bed with 24' LCD TV, sliding door leading to balcony, private bath and walk-in closet; perfect for storing your luggage and belongings. - Second BR: Plush queen size bed, 19' TV and a nice view of Tresca lake. - Third bedroom: Full over full size bunk bed with a twin trundle that pulls out- it can sleep 5! We just installed a 19' LCD TV/DVD combo on the wall as well as some kid-friendly DVDs. - The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with 5' comfy mattress and boasts a 40' LCD HDTV.
Free Wireless internet access is included as well as extended family cable!! The kitchen is fully equipped with new housewares and the latest appliances for your cooking enjoyment. The separate laundry room has a new full size front load washer and dryer. There are two pools (one heated seasonally) only steps away from the unit. Also, there are tennis and shuffleboard courts, a clubhouse, and BBQ grills throughout.

We stayed here in October of 2010. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The beach was incredibly quiet and beautiful!! We loved the uncrowded family atmosphere at Beachside villas. Since we were travelling with 4 small children, we were glad that the unit was located close to the pool and only a short stroll to the beach. The bunks in the second bedroom were awesome and enabled us to house two families in one condo!! This unit is a great value considering the location and amenities.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
