  My family and I loved the condo,especially the quietness and the location. The condo is equipped with everything you need and more. I would highly recommend this if you want to escape the noise. Mahalo!

  Hi Kristin, We had a great time. Your place was very nice--nicely furnished, nice kitchen, and nice extras for the beach. Thanks, also, for the beautiful rainbow visible from the balcony!

  Aloha Kristin, we would like to thank you for letting us stay at your condo at the Nihi Kai Villas in Kauai. We really enjoyed staying at the condo and it felt like being at home. The "extras" available at the condo were great. We would highly recommend it to our friends and family

  Great location, nice condo with lots of space. Lots of extras to do! Tennis, snorkel, boogie boards, chairs,coolers,and more. Beautiful view and just a small walk to a Great beach.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

  We recently spent 7 nights at this beautiful condo. It was very comfortable for the 6 of us. The unit was tastefully decorated and well equipped from the kitchen accessories to the boogie boards. We really liked the location - within walking distance to the beach, yet quiet at the back of the property. The grounds are very nicely kept. The pool and tennis courts were not crowded making it fun to play with the grandkids. Both the on-site manager and the owner were very helpful and interested in making sure that everything was just right for our stay. It felt as if we were staying in the home of an old friend. We would definitely consider a return trip someday. And as an added delight, the sunsets viewed from the lanai were spectacular!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  Thanks for letting us stay at your condo - it was great! We enjoy staying at Nihi Kai because of the beautiful grounds and the awesome location. The condo was very nice - clean, well furnished and easy access from the parking lot. I will certainly recommend this unit to a cousin who will be visiting Kauaii in the summer. Thanks again!
