This two bedroom/two bath condominium is located on the sunny south shore of Kauai at Poipu Beach, at Nihi Kai Villas.
It is in a quiet location, with a view of the ocean and lovely sunsets. It is well located for all the wonderful vacation activities of Kauai - a five-minute walk to the ocean at Poipu and Brennecke's Beaches, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, two tennis courts and a swimming pool on the site, and a five-minute drive to great golf courses. Many nice restaurants are nearby.
The condominium is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with HDTV/DVD/VCR, CD player, full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen has been recently redone, with granite counter tops and pretty cabinets. High speed cable internet access is provided. It is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation stay to the fullest.

Why the Owner Chose Nihi Kai Villas
We bought our condo 8 years ago. We purchased the one at Nihi Kai Villas, because we had heard that it was a particularly attractive condo complex, and we knew that Poipu Beach was on the sunny, southeast corner of Kauai, and that it was less rainy and windy than areas near Princeville on the north shore.

We enjoy the peace and quiet of our unit, back from the road and very comfortable to stay in. Yet, the location is near to all the wonderful vacation activities of Kauai.

Jackie is a retired college teacher and Don is a retired pediatrician. We love our condo at Poipu Beach, and are pleased to be sharing it with people looking for a relaxed vacation spot. We love sitting on our lanai, enjoying the view of ocean, the sunsets, the lush greenery and the birds. It's a quiet, private place, and yet just a 5 min. drive from a number of good restaurants and 2 challenging golf courses with the best greens on the island.
