This two bedroom/two bath condominium is located on the sunny south shore of Kauai at Poipu Beach, at Nihi Kai Villas.
Unit 802 is in a quiet location, with a view of the ocean and lovely sunsets. It is well located for all the wonderful vacation activities of Kauai - a five-minute walk to the ocean through the beautiful grounds at Nihi Kai. Walk to Poipu and Brennecke's Beaches for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. There are two tennis courts and a heated swimming pool on the site, and a five-minute drive to two great golf courses. Many nice restaurants such as Casa Di Amici or Brennecke's Broiler are nearby.
The condominium has recently been redecorated including new sofa sleeper, bedroom furniture, dining room set, and 42" TV and is fully equipped with cable HDTV/DVD, CD player, full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen has been redone recently, with granite counter tops and pretty cabinets. High speed cable internet access is provided. It is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation stay to the fullest. We have recently bought some items for our guests to use: 2 New Boogie Boards, Wheeled Ice Chest, Tommy Bamama Umbrella, 2 Tennis Rackets, and a Collapsible Wagon.

My first trip to Kauai was in 2009 and we fell in love with the South Shore. Upon arriving home, I immediately booked my 2010 trip. While vacationing we purchased our Nihi Kai Condo. We love the area and being able to walk to Brennecke's so our child can Boogie Board for hours. We want to make our second home special for others and hope they enjoy it as much as we do. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo - it was great! We enjoy staying at Nihi Kai because of the beautiful grounds and the awesome location. The condo was very nice - clean, well furnished and easy access from the parking lot. I will certainly recommend this unit to a cousin who will be visiting Kauaii in the summer. Thanks again!
