My December renters have had to cancel due to illness. So,one of the prettiest rentals in the villages is available. If you look at the home's calendar, you'll see that it's rented for almost all of 2010 and for 5 months of 2011 already. So this is a great opportunity to stay in an extremely popular home on short notice. And the home is even prettier than its pictures, because it now has oak laminate flooring in the LR, DR and third bedroom. A new deck area with a fence has also been added. The use of a Christmas tree with ornaments coordinated to the decor is also available if you'd like. You'll have a true Florida vacation in this home which is decorator furnished, backs up to a golf course and has large beautiful windows to let in the sunshine (but not in the afternoons).
This 2000 square feet plus, beautifully decorated home offers a new 4 passenger gas Yamaha golf cart (insured for renters' use), three cable TV's (one with premiums channels including HBO), DVD, VCR, high-speed internet access, a Tempur-Pedic king-size bed in the master bedroom, and another king size bed in the guest bedroom, which also makes this home ideal for two couples. It is near Sumter Landing and the Arnold Palmer golf course and country club. Of course, your amenities pass includes access to all Village golf courses and activities. And this house is loaded with extras. A recliner to kick back in, all the dishes and glasswear and kitchen appliances (food processor, crock-pot, blender, etc) you could want, daily newspaper delivery, etc. The master bedroom even has a unique Starscape ceiling for special evenings. Plus this home is pet friendly (one pet, housebroken only, please). You'll enjoy your morning coffee or watch cable TV looking out at the fourth tee of Churchill Green golf course from the screened and windowed lanai of this designer home south of 466 in the Villages.
