We have stayed in this beautiful house in April 2011. The location absolutely can't be beat, and the house itself is bright, pleasant, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The photos and description on the website are very accurate. Karen is a delightful hostess, and always available to answer questions or take care of any issues (of which we had none). We would highly recommend this property, especially for people who like peace and quiet or who play golf, and are lookin for adventure in retired living. There is also a very nice pool about a block away, and many restaurants and stores within a few blocks. You need a car to enjoy the broader area, but within the Villages almost everything is reachable by golf cart (included with the house).

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We rented this beautiful home in July , 2010. The decor & cleaness was wonderful. We have been coming to the Villages for the last four years & this was the nicest home we stayed in. We like this home so much we bought a model just like it & in the same area. Close to golf, swimming, restaurant & stores. Take your golf cart any where even to Sumter Landing.

Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed in this beautiful house for the month of May for the last two years. The location absolutely can't be beat, and the house itself is bright, pleasant, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. This is a real "find". A lovely house in a great location, very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. Karen is wonderful to work with and does everything to make sure the house is in top condition and your stay is enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental property.

The word that best describes our stay at your home and The Villages is "magnificent". We had the pleasure of staying at your home for the months of May and September '08. The weather was beautiful for both months. We can't praise Karen, the homeowner, enough for her generosity, staying in her lovely home, and meeting a person who cares so much about making your stay so pleasurable. The location of the home is so convenient to everything by golf cart - golf, shopping of every kind, restaurants, supermarkets, the library, etc., etc. which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had the wonderful experience of renting this home both last year and for 3 months this year (2008). It was perfect for what we wanted and in a great location. It was clean and equipped beyond what we would have ever expected. Karen is a wonderful person as the Owner and could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend this and am sure anyone who rents from Karen will be more than happy with her concern for your comfort. Not only was it extremely clean but had almost everything someone would want to just "move in". .

Exceptionally well maintained home. Very nicely decorated & comfortable - lovely lanai overlooking golf course.Close to everything & golf cart made it very simple to buzz around.Spent the month of Dec/07 there & had a great time - fantastic owner who even supplied us with a Xmas tree & all the decorations which was enjoyed by our family. This lovely home is a "keeper"

Absolutely great place to stay!!! Very clean. Nicely furnished. Private, golf course view. Great relaxing lanai. Perfect location. Nice 4-seat golf cart with night lighting and rain protection. And... extreamly considerate owner/host.

We just recently had the pleasure of vacationing over the holidays in this lovely home. The home is impeccable. Very clean, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished is the best way to describe it. The house was equiped with everything you could possibly need. And Karen is the nicest and most thoughtful hostess you could ask for. She puts every effort into making her home sparkle and also making her guests feel comfortable. The home's location is perfect. Everyone really has to see and experience The Villages at least once. The area is beautiful, and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We could not have asked for a nicer vacation. We are looking forward to staying here again.

This home was beautifully furnished and decorated with an open concept layout and was very comfortable. It was more than completely equipped with quality bedding, towels, dishes,glasses and utensils. The bathrooms were exceptionally lovely, well laid out and had lots of designer towels. The beds were new and very comfortable with good quality bedding. The lanai was perfect for casual dining, and nicely appointed with lots of typical Florida wicker. This home definately had "wow" factor, and it was obvious that the owner has invested a great deal of time, pride and money into this property. Husband comments: I got talked into going to the Villages and was somewhat unsure until we arrived at out new home for the month of November. This place is fabulous, well decorated, a terrific layout and complete with 2 car garage, golf cart, barbeque and high quality furnishings and fixtures. Nothing has been missed. Takes 15 minutes by golf cart to Sumpter Landing for half price happy hour drinks. Great location on the golf course away from the cart path and very close to the grocery store, etc. We were privileged to rent this property and fortunate that the Owner allows a small pet. We were very impressed with this rental unit and will look forward to many more enjoyable years as a guest in this home.
