Our home is newly decorated with upscale furnishings and every amenity possible, including a large screen HD TV in the living room. This exceptional home exceeds traditional standards, is light and airy with numerous sky-lights, and beautifully coordinated designer furnishings throughout. Included are all new mattresses and upscale linen in all bedrooms to insure your comfort.
This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a residential area of Sea Pines Resort. Our home has been recently redecorated. Spacious (2000 square feet) and bright, our vacation home is located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation next to the sixth hole of the renowned Harbour Town Golf links golf course and is central to all of the Sea Pines attractions (Harbour Town, South Beach, Beaches, Golf and Tennis). Walk or bike to anywhere in Sea Pines.
Bicycles, Bicycles, Bicycles. Do not bring a thing. Our guests have the use of eight bicycles, ten speeds or cruiser, with four 26-inch, two 24-inch bicycles and two 20-inch bicycles. The house is also stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards for your enjoyment.
Walk 100 yards to our community center with a pool, tennis court, and a children's playground. The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibouge Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links, Home of the WorldCom/Heritage Pro Tour Golf Tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, former host of the Family Circle Tennis Tournament and run by Stan Smith. Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant and newspaper.

Why the Owner Chose Greenwood Forest
We have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island, SC since 1987 and owned Condos on Hilton Head prior to purchasing our home in 2004. We are truly taken with Hilton Head's beauty and wonderful beaches. Whether we visit in the summer or winter, we can always ride our bikes and take a walk on the beach. We hope to spend more time there when our working life slows down a bit.

It is a very nice place, contempory, large--you get a good feeling being there. Right in the midst of Sea Pines. An easy bike ride to Harbor Town. Would recommend it.

We have stayed here several times and look forward to returning! It is light and roomy and we feel very at home. Our kids and grandkids love being here! The pool and playground are just steps away and there is a path from there leading to the back of Sea Pines Center, so we can walk to 2 of our favorite restaurants in no time. There is also a very nice spa and some upscale stores along with a little general store where you can get anything you might need in a pinch. It is so quiet and peaceful and yet there is plenty to do just a short walk from there. The beach (which is our favorite part of Hilton Head) is just a couple minutes away. Tom is very nice to work with and we have recommended his property to friends and family. Thanks Tom, for a wonderful place to vacation!

We had a wonderful week in Tom's home in the lovely quiet neighborhood of Greenwood Forest in Sea Pines. Having visited many times, Sea Pines has always been my ideal location on the island. The bike trails are the best, and if you love to bike, you can ride all over and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The weather was perfect, and the beach was great! The house was very comfortable for our family and we all felt at home. The house is centrally located between many Hilton Head Island landmarks, such as Harbour Town, South Beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club. The house was clean when we arrived, with plenty of towels for everyone. The master bedroom and bath are spacious. We loved the large grill on the deck. The eat-in kitchen was nice. The pool and tennis courts are a very short walk from the house. Sea Pines Center is nearby and one may take the trolley to Harbour Town or the Sea Pines Beach Club. Most of all, Tom was great to work with. I hope we will get to return. Thanks Tom!

Tom Ades provided very good living arrangements for vacationers. Truly enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and master bath. The living room and kitchen are all great to be in and enjoy. Some suggested improvements would be the two wicker chairs in the living room (nails at the head rest area coming out and wicker is unravaling). The pots and pans within the kitchen are fairly broken down and in need of replacing. Odd items such as light bulbs not working or missing (no visual replacements). All in all small items, but when you're in a large home setting there will be things. Thanks for the great time and fantastic memories!
