In the tradition of old Pueblo architecture, this complex is set amongst mature trees and beautiful landscaping. This luxury condo is quiet and restful, nestled deep within the complex and on the first floor. For relaxing and soaking up some Santa Fe sunshine, grab a giant fluffy towel and head for our SPARKLING DEEP BLUE POOL, one of a small handful in Santa Fe. The pool will open some time in April and will be open through the Summer for your enjoyment.
A private portal or patio faces the spectacular Santa Fe sunsets that are rivaled by none and is adorned with red chile pepper restras. It's a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee while reading the morning paper.
Furnishings are rustic and warm solid teak throughout. You can relax in the jacuzzi tub in the condo after a day of hiking, skiing, shopping or after a work out in our new FITNESS CENTER. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed and the second bedroom has a comfy queen, with plenty of pillows for whatever your sleeping needs are.
The kitchen has granite counters, with solid Hickory cabinets all around. The appliances are shiney and new stainless. Everything you need to prepare a quick little snack or a fabulous dinner for family and friends is provided.
Enjoy an amazing breakfast or brunch at the Award Wining CHOCOLATE MAVEN, featured in Giada de Laurentiis', Weekend Getaway on the Food Network. It's just 2 short blocks from the condo and a perfect walk on a crisp morning, after a new snow. The food is beautiful to look at and tastes every bit as good. They have the best brownies on earth and you can even enjoy "HIGH TEA" in the late afternoon. To top it off, the setting is a really unique surprise!!!

I love our little condo because it's decorated just the way I like it. It is quiet and the sun fills the rooms in the afternoon's. It's just perfect for a quiet stay while still being in the middle of everything.
Best local's secret place to eat. All the locals make the drive because it is worth the price and the food is fantastic!

I am the mother of 2, grandmother of 5. We feel in love with Santa Fe many years ago and then moved here. It felt like a perpetual vacation, but family took us back to San Diego. Now we come to Santa Fe as often as possible. I love the cultural, the art, the summer rains and I absolutely can't get enough of the summer thunder storms.

This is a lovely, beautifully maintained condo close to everything. And, no one can say enough about the wonder of Santa Fe and surrounding area. The kitchen was SO well stocked down to our 1st cup of coffee, cookies and mints. Lots of cozy blankets, linens, DVDs and books. Our visit was like staying in our friends home. Thanks. Paula Burke

This is a well-kept condo in Santa Fe. It was quiet and relaxing, and nearby grocery stores, good restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the Plaza. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I've already recommended this condo to friends and relatives and would happily return there again!

Becky, Your condo is lovely & you were very helpful. We did not have great weather but we still enjoyed ourselves very much. The Chocolate Maven was so good that we not only went for breakfast but went back for dinner as well. We did get to the balloon fiesta and saw the mass ascension which was AMAZING. For two couples, Becky's two bedroom, two bathroom condo was an ideal home away from home for a delightful week of exploring the charms of Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The furnishings are tasteful, comfortable and high quality. The quality and location of the complex was outstanding. After a day of sightseeing, day tripping or hiking, it was a pleasure to come "home". Becky has thought out every detail to make the rental experience work flawlessly. We hope to make her condo home base whenever we are in Santa Fe and will recommend it to friends and relatives.

We had a wonderful week in your lovely condo. It was very well equipped, convenient & quiet! We traveled to Taos & Bandalier, which require a lot of walking, but all well worth the effort. We enjoyed some great New Mexican food, Tia Sophia & La Fonda were especially good. We had a all around very nice time. Thanks!

This condo far exceeded my expectations. It was quiet, comfortable, immaculate, and private, and it provided a home away from home that no hotel can offer. The listing description was accurate, and the owner was most helpful in answering questions. In addition, upon our arrival, there was a large stack of information on Santa Fe, along with maps, that helped us to get around the city. Because we were traveling with a 2-year-old, we primarily visited parks, the Plaza, and Harry's Roadhouse, along with the Railyard area. The condo has a beautiful patio with a high adobe wall that provided safety for my granddaughter, and the swimming pool was wonderful! I highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants a wonderful getaway.

We had a very good experience with this rental... We booked this condo in February (to stay in June) with some friends and asked about the refund policy. Although they did not have one, they said they would work with us if there was a problem. This was important to us since our friend's mother is 90 years of age and that is always a concern when making plans for a date in the future. Our emergency occurred with my husband (who has been in excellent health) developed a heart problem and the doctor was concerned about his traveling to a higher elevation. We provided a doctor's note and received a full refund! They were very understanding and a pleasure to work with.
Owner response:Thank you much for letting people know how we handled your emergency that happened just a few days before your arrival date. That was a first for us. I do want to make 1 clarification. We do have an cancellation/refund policy. We always have, and it has not changed in many years. The cancellation policy is found on your invoice/contract under the title "Cancellation Policy".
