This is a well-kept condo in Santa Fe. It was quiet and relaxing, and nearby grocery stores, good restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the Plaza. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I've already recommended this condo to friends and relatives and would happily return there again!

Becky, Your condo is lovely & you were very helpful. We did not have great weather but we still enjoyed ourselves very much. The Chocolate Maven was so good that we not only went for breakfast but went back for dinner as well. We did get to the balloon fiesta and saw the mass ascension which was AMAZING. For two couples, Becky's two bedroom, two bathroom condo was an ideal home away from home for a delightful week of exploring the charms of Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The furnishings are tasteful, comfortable and high quality. The quality and location of the complex was outstanding. After a day of sightseeing, day tripping or hiking, it was a pleasure to come "home". Becky has thought out every detail to make the rental experience work flawlessly. We hope to make her condo home base whenever we are in Santa Fe and will recommend it to friends and relatives.

This condo far exceeded my expectations. It was quiet, comfortable, immaculate, and private, and it provided a home away from home that no hotel can offer. The listing description was accurate, and the owner was most helpful in answering questions. In addition, upon our arrival, there was a large stack of information on Santa Fe, along with maps, that helped us to get around the city. Because we were traveling with a 2-year-old, we primarily visited parks, the Plaza, and Harry's Roadhouse, along with the Railyard area. The condo has a beautiful patio with a high adobe wall that provided safety for my granddaughter, and the swimming pool was wonderful! I highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants a wonderful getaway.

We had a very good experience with this rental... We booked this condo in February (to stay in June) with some friends and asked about the refund policy. Although they did not have one, they said they would work with us if there was a problem. This was important to us since our friend's mother is 90 years of age and that is always a concern when making plans for a date in the future. Our emergency occurred with my husband (who has been in excellent health) developed a heart problem and the doctor was concerned about his traveling to a higher elevation. We provided a doctor's note and received a full refund! They were very understanding and a pleasure to work with.

Owner response:Thank you much for letting people know how we handled your emergency that happened just a few days before your arrival date. That was a first for us. I do want to make 1 clarification. We do have an cancellation/refund policy. We always have, and it has not changed in many years. The cancellation policy is found on your invoice/contract under the title "Cancellation Policy". We had a wonderful week in your lovely condo. It was very well equipped, convenient & quiet! We traveled to Taos & Bandalier, which require a lot of walking, but all well worth the effort. The 3 of us stayed at Becky's condo for 4 days in April when we drove from Calgary. It was a clean place and near to many things in Santa Fe (there is no WiFi for computer internet access). Santa Fe itself is a wonderful place to visit with great attractions. The main Plaza, Canyon Road and Taos were our favorite places. Also if you are into silver and turqoise jewelry and artwork you have visited the right place. I highly recommend Santa Fe for a visit and Becky's place is where you should stay.

Dear Becky, Your condo was quite delightful and made our Santa Fe trip very enjoyable. We toured museums in Albuquerque and spent a good amount of time in Taos and downtown Santa Fe. Our boy's ski during the day at 4 different places and enjoyed all, but their favorite was Taos. We will look you up our next trip to Santa Fe. All the accommodations were very pleasant.

We stayed at this condo for an entire week during spring break. My husband and me with our two sons (ages 14 and 20). The condo was immaculately clean, well furnished, comfortable and very well located. We were close to restaurants, shopping, etc. I liked that there was plenty of room for all four of us for the week - with 2 "grown" sons, we weren't tripping over each other in the condo. You can tell that this Owner takes very good care of the condo and has pride in the furnishings and contents. We will definitely want to stay here again during future trips to Santa Fe. Truly felt like a 'home away from home.'

3/29/11 - My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed at this condominium over the 2011 spring break and it was a real nice place. Very nice furniture and beds, 2 bathrooms with washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things needed to cook anything you want. It is on the ground floor which makes it real nice. The complex is well located off a major corridor in Santa Fe near several cross roads with a short trip to downtown. My family & I considered this location a real find at a great value and would recommend it to anyone.

My recent vacation in Santa Fe was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations in many years. The condo was everything I hoped for and more. Becky was wonderful to rent from and her listing is extremely accurate! Having never visited Santa Fe before, Becky provided me with travel options and answered my many questions. She was always helpful and extremely pleasant. The condo was beautiful. It was exactly how it appeared in the photos and is obviously well cared for and maintained. The location was perfect, very easy access to the many sights to see in Taos, Chimayo, and local attractions. The managers for the site were very friendly as were the neighbors that I had the pleasure of meeting. I would without hesitation suggest this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful property that offers convenience as well.

This is a very nice condo in a fabulous location. It is like having a two bedroom hotel room with your own fridge and washer/dryer for a great rate! It is really less than ten minutes to the Plaza and is easy to find parking there. It was also a great location for excursions to Abiquiu, Taos, Bandelier and surrounding areas. The pool and hot tub felt amazing after a day of hiking or shopping. There are stores close by to buy food for breakfast, snacks. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. I have been going to SFNM for over 11 years and have stayed at numerous resorts and hotels and loved it at this condo!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in early August. It was our fifth trip to Santa Fe from NYC and the first time we rented a condo. Instead of a hotel room, we wanted a full kitchen, room to relax, a washer and dryer, and amenities such as a pool on the property. We got all that and more! The condo is exactly as advertised: affordable, luxurious and close to great stores and restaurants, and a short ride to the Plaza. Right from the start, the owner was helpful and accessible, and when we got to the condo, she had even left binders full of fun suggestions and menus from yummy restaurants. We used the pool and fitness center on the property nearly every day. The whole complex was beautiful and quiet. The condo itself is exactly as you see it in the pictures: artfully decorated with modern appliances, and very clean. I spent many mornings reading on the little private patio before the day's activities. We had a wonderful time here and hope we can make it out to Santa Fe a sixth time. We'd love to stay in this condo again! I've even recommended it to friends.

This condo made my visit to Santa Fe perfect - it was a quiet, cool oasis to return to after a day sightseeing, rafting and hiking. The complex is centrally located, very quiet and safe. Also has a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable - the photos are spot on. Quality linens and high end appliances. The owner was helpful in every way including great recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. I would recommend this condo to others without reservation or hesitation.

Your Condo was as listed, easy to find and close to all of the food retailers. Did have to make several attempts to find the Chocolate Maven...but it was well worth the effort! My sisters and I enjoyed our visit to Santa Fe while staying in your accomodations. We were especially delighted when we found the Doolittle prints! It was enjoyable for me to listen to each comment as they indiviually found them.

Reserving was easy and owner very accomodating. Condo was beautifully decorated, and well suppied with all that was necessary for a pleasant stay. The apartment is nice and clean with stylish furniture of this region. It is spacious and sleeps well 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The location is quite central although not downtown. The apartment complex is very quiet and in perfect order. We enjoyed the spring break vacation very much and Santa Fe is a "must see" if you have not been there! Thank you!

We loved the information you left at the unit and went out to eat at as many of the recommended restaurants that we could fit in during our stay!!! I slept until a little after 10:30 a.m. on the first morning…we all slept and rested and ate for the first 5 days…hardly left the condo. The three of us were so worn out and we just loved the down time…even got a day in the sun by the pool…came home with a great suntan! The artist’s material expo and classes we took were really great. I know we will want to go there again for a vacation…we just loved the area and can see why you have a home there too.

This condo is a gem. It is so quiet and peaceful. We slept soundly on a very comfy bed. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals...but it is also close to great dining. What a bargain compared to hotels in the area! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe.

My sister and I spent a week in this immaculate, beautifully appointed condo. The location is very convenient to the plaza and other venues, such as the opera and the road to Chimayo. The heated pool was lovely, but we were so busy seeing the many sights in Santa Fe that we only swam once or twice. I highly recommend this condo. B. Hills

We just returned from a week in Santa Fe and had a great time. The condo was perfect for our needs. Great location, good beds, great pillows. I really liked the dishes and decor. The pool and hot tub were a must for us and there are only a few in Santa Fe. We will certainly consider staying there again.

What a great place to call "home base" while in Santa Fe! Easy to navigate to all the different sights. The buttery leather couches were great resting places in between adventures. What a lovely place to stay. It has made our trip to Santa Fe an "enchanted" trip. It is SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! The collections of books, maps and guides were great. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect. Truely a lovely place, thanks for your attention to every detail.
