Beautiful home located in Pelican Marsh's Timarron Community, adjacent to The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort. This home has it's own heated pool and spa all screened in. Furnishings are 2 years old and the home is well equipped. There is a pond in the back yard that provides a nice peaceful, quiet setting with no noisy neighbors here and the large mouth bass fishing is very good too.
There are ceiling fans in every room, TV in every room and we have DVD players as well. The master suite has a king bed and it's own master bath all on the first floor. There is another bedroom on the first floor and it has 2 double beds in it, and that has an attached full bathroom as well. Upstairs features a bedroom with a queen size bed, another full bathroom and a den loft area with a queen size sleeper sofa, as well as a TV.
Total square footage of the home is 2,089 of living space. The home features a 2 car garage as well. This area of Naples features shopping and fine restaurants. This home is about 3 miles from Vanderbilt beach, where the Ritz beachfront hotel is located.
