Secluded, but not desolate,small old stone house is on 15 beautiful acres. It is an old British outpost, circa 1790, with original wood-beam construction.

First floor: dining room, mud room, kitchen, den, bedroom, and bathroom.

Second floor: two double-size bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Floors in original pine planking. Each floor is about 850 square feet and all the modern conveniences are available in the kitchen.

House is situated about 30 feet from small municipal roadway rarely passed, on which your nearest neighbors are the local farmers this property is nestled between. House sits on a hill with southwest exposure with sunsets as stupendous as the Carribean's.

Fantastic sking at Bromont ten minutes away. Mount Sutton is 20 minutes. Cross country everywhere.
