This two bedroom two bath home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a friendly neighborhood and just above one of the most beautiful beaches in Malibu. There is soft white sand for lounging, a safe area for children to swim and a famous surf point for more adventurous types. Surfboards, boogie boards and kayaks are all available as well as lessons.
Low tide brings amazing tidepools teeming with sea life waiting to be explored as well as miles of beach for strolling. The beach is just a short ten second walk away. We are one of the few houses available in Malibu that is far off the noise and traffic of Pacific Coast Highway.
The house it self is warm and inviting with tile and hardwood floors throughout as well as lots of wood paneling, yet it is also full of light from the extensive use of windows. It is very comfortable with new, large overstuffed sofas. Perfect for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view. Everything you may need is included.
Centrally located for a perfect visit to Southern California. Hollywood, Universal Studios and lots of museums are all within an hours drive. (Except the beautiful Getty Villa - just a 15 minute drive!) Santa Barbara and Los Olivos with its beautiful wineries are about one to one and a half hours away. |
