During the "Season" from November through April, our rent is $13,900 per month, plus tax, a $295 one-time cleaning fee and a refundable security/damage deposit.
It is never too early to book for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years' weeks. The basic rent for Thanksgiving week is $4,900; for Christmas week or New Years week, $5,900 each or $10,900 for both - plus in each case tax, cleaning fee & security deposit.
