This cosy one bedroom duplex is situated on a short no-through road of Rue Antoine Dubois, quiet and safe, just right in the heart of the Latin district, more precisely between the Rue de l'Ecole de Medecine of the Sorbonne University and Rue Monsieur Le Prince.
It is thus very near the Notre Dame, le Pantheon, Mouffetard, St Sulpice, St Germain des près, le jardin des Luxembourg, and across the River Seine to Le Louvre.
The apartment measures 42m² (450 square feet) and is on the first floor (second storey) of a walk-up building (without elevator) that dates back into the 18th century, classified as a historical monument by the French Cultural Ministry. We still see the charming original thick old lime stones on the facade as you enter.
It is laid out as such: As you enter in the small "entrée", the toilet is on the left and then the living room which has a convertible sofa-bed (130 x 190 cm). On the right of it is a large fitted closet, and a book-case. On the left of it is the staircase that leads to the mezzanine floor. Just in front of it is the small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, 2 electric burners, a micro-wave oven, a toaster, water boiler, coffee maker and a full set of kitchen utensils and crockery. The dining table sits four.
The apartment is equipped with a satellite TV, broadband which gives access to INTERNET either by a ethernet cable or WIFI (please bring your laptop).
The bedroom has its authentic wooden beams that date from the 1800s. There is a large comfortable bed (160 x 190 cm), a writing desk by the window that overlooks into the charming courtyard, another fitted closet, and a bathroom.

The total weekly rent includes all taxes, internet connection, and utility charges Telephone bills (if any) will be billed separately. The guest takes care of the daily cleaning of the flat, meals and other personal effects.
