Located in a unique, private niche in the town of Winter Park our end unit townhome gives you enviable privacy and tranquility. Warm up in the spacious family room with a crackling wood burning fireplace. Relax your muscles in the bubbling hot private spa. Sleep peacefully in the cozy beds with warm down comforters. LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: Kings Crossing townhomes are easy to find - just a ½ mile west of downtown Winter Park. Centrally located, you will be within walking distance to restaurants and shops but still have the secluded feel of being in the middle of the mountains. The townhome is surrounded by a sheltered forest area filled with large pine trees and beautiful aspens. SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS: A great updated park is just a 5-10 minute walk away with a covered picnic area, tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball, kid's playground and restrooms. The Main Street of WP is only a 1/2 mile away with shops and restaurants. Downtown WP also has a kid's playground with a new skate park. WINTER/SKI HIGHLIGHTS: We have a dedicated ski shuttle that picks up at the entrance of the units every 15 minutes. This allows everyone to go skiing and enjoy the resort for the day then come back to the peaceful townhome in the evening. Here you’ll enjoy privacy, no noises from surrounding neighbors and your own private hot tub. For those taking a break from skiing, there are plenty of snow shoeing options right out the front door of the townhome, a tubing hill in Fraser, a dog sled ride just down the road, the winter activities available are endless. A gas grill is ready for use on the front patio area and FREE wireless internet for those who still need to stay in touch. BEDROOM DETAILS: • Master - 1 King bed with attached full bath, large closet, cable TV/VCR and entrance to solar room with private spa, located on main level. • Main level Bedroom - 2 twin beds with a trundle - full bath just outside the bedroom. • Upper level Bedroom - 1 Queen bed, full closet and a beautiful vaulted pinewood ceiling - full bath just outside the bedroom. Additional sleeping is available with a queen sized sofa bed. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. CHILD FRIENDLY DETAILS: Child Friendly with available highchair, Pack 'n Play, monitor, baby gate, toddler dining items (sippy cups, silverware, etc), children's books, toys and toddler booster seat. Safety modifications have been made including electric socket plugs, updated banisters to prevent a child from fitting between openings, cabinet locks and key locks to the spa area.
