We really enjoyed staying here for our ski trip to Winter Park! The townhome was very comfortable for our group of 7 - my family of five and the grandparents. The downstairs was well suited for the five of us with two bedrooms on the ground level, the master (with the hot tub right outside!) and the bunk bed room for the kids. The grandparents had the third bedroom on the upper floor with the kitchen and living area. It was a great arrangement! Our older kids loved the bunk beds, the hot tub, and playing in the snow outside the condo. Our little one loved the trains that would pass, and the condo was well stocked with toys and all the necessities for a toddler including a pack n play and booster seat. All of the kids enjoyed sledding at the nearby park. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed most of our dinners relaxing in the condo. The skiing was great, and the owner was most helpful and kind.

We had a great time in Winter Park this past Dec. Even though it was early ski season, there was snow and it was so relaxing to come back to the townhouse and soak in the hottub. All the conveniences of home were provided and it was walking distance to town. We enjoyed the "Library" in town and had a wonderful experience X-Country Skiing at the YMCA Mtn. Ranch. Would love to come up during the summer and would definitely stay at this Kings Crossing Townhouse!

We had a wonderful time in Winter Park and surrounding area (July 13-July 19, 2011), and our townhome was a respite after a busy day of hiking, fishing, etc. It had all the comforts of home, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect for exploring RMNP and the nearby lakes and trails in surrounding towns. It was perfect for us (4 adults), but would also work well for a family with children.

My family (Me, my husband and two kids (10 & 12)) stayed at this townhouse for the first time in February 2011. It was very roomy, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we possibly needed. The location is great; it is an easy walk to the restaurants and shopping. There is a Safeway about 2 miles from the house. We made a few dinners at home, however, we also ate at Smokin’ Moes for barbeque and Hernando’s for some great pizza. Both restaurants were delicious. The shuttle bus stop is just across the street. We used the shuttle service to take us to and from the Winter Park resort. It was hassle free and very convenient. We went skiing, tubing (in Fraser) and snowshoeing (around the townhome and nearby park). We rented all of our skiing and snowshoeing gear from Christy Sports in town. The hot tub is a welcome treat after a day on the slopes! We bought some firewood from Safeway and enjoyed a nice fire while playing several board games with the kids. A wide selection of board games, books, movies, etc was available for us to choose from. The kids enjoyed playing their IPOD Touch devices while having Wi-Fi accessibility. It was a very positive experience for all of us! It was a perfect place for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to all of our friends.

I had a group of 9 Adults stay at this condo and everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. It had several games to keep everyone occupied when we got home from skiing and well as use of a private hot tub. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we could have ever wanted our needed to use. I have read some reviews of the Kings Crossing Townhomes where people had problems with the noise from the trains. No one in our group complained of the noise. Also it is great location in relation to the slopes, and our group took advantage of the shuttle everyday. Lastly, Nicole was great to work with answering all of our questions in a timely manner and also taking an interested in us and our stay. She provided us with knowledge of Winter Park and information about the best deals for our ski trip. If we return to Winter Park again to ski we will be staying again! Jackie Martin

I was very pleased with the townhouse. There were so many things extra that made the trip easier with small kids, like a pack & play, high chair, toys, puzzles, games, and movies. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate. Nicole was very helpful in planning the trip and gave us lots of tips of things to do with the kids and how to get around. The location was close to the ski area and town and convenient to everything. We loved the set up of the kitchen with all the cooking utensils and basic nonperishable food items like hot chocolate and condiments. This felt like staying in a home instead of a hotel, which was perfect for us. The townhouse is close to the train tracks and the train runs very frequently during the day, but almost none at night. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This condo has everything you need for a great ski weekend in Winter Park! It's comfortable and conveniently located on the bus route to the ski resort, making getting around easy. We enjoyed the little amenities such as board games and books, and the private hot tub is a nice plus as well! The property is well-maintained and the owners were very helpful when we had a small issue. I would definitely recommend this condo!

We have small kids and this condo was a perfect fit! Baby gear and toddler toys, movie collection and even sippy cups to keep kids happy. Great park a short walk a way and another in town. It was much bigger than I expected and had all comforts of home, not just the "bare necessities" that are usually in rentals. My husband loved the hot tub and gas grill, but I was quite partial to the huge mud room, excellent w/d and all the closet/storage space. It was so nice to be able to put your things away and make yourself at home. We liked the sunny view from the upstairs bedroom window, so we hardly even used the master bed and bath. There was enough space that we could have traveled with another family, no problem. I think the town and condo were designed for skiing, but we really enjoyed our summer trip. I would definitely recommend. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

The owners are friendly and accomodating, and the property was clean and nicely situated for visiting Winter Park. We moutain biked on the trails - Winter Park is easy riding distance, but you would need a car to transport your bikes to Sol Vista in Granby. Kitchen was well-stocked, and we really enjoyed the fireplace & the selection of movies for cold, rainy days. Good Internet connection, too. We (especially our sons) found the nearby train tracks a source of entertainment.

The townhouse is a great place to stay in Winter Park. It is a beautifully decorated rental with comfortable furniture and beds, fluffy towels and a very well stocked kitchen. We did a lot of cooking and found every type of pot, pan, appliance and utensil that you would need. If you plan to cook in, this is the place to stay. The unit has a great hot tub and a fireplace that really makes the place cozy after a day of skiing. It is close to town and the ski slopes and the bus service to Winter Park is right at the end of the parking lot. I know that if we plan another ski vacation, this townhouse will be our first choice. We stayed at this great villa for a week while enjoying great skiing at Winter Park. The villa was great and offered everything we needed for 4 adults and two children. The kitchen was well-stocked with all needed utensils and even a lot of condiments and cookbooks. We made use of the crockpot and made turkey chili - yummy! The villa was convenient for the bus but we drove to Christy Sports every day since every outgoing bus (leaving Winter Park) will stop there. Winter Park is a great place to ski - we had snow every day and the skiing was fantastic. The owners of Winter Park add to the resort every year...it has become one of our favorite places to ski. If you want the comforts of home and a great family from whom to rent, I would suggest contacting the owners of this villa - Nicole was wonderful!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I guess it's good to be redundant....we enjoyed our time here tremendously. Thanks for opening your home to us. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hot tub was a blessing for sore muscles after skiing all day. Our family made good use of your slow cookers. I appreciate the cookbooks that were available. We are sad to leave but look forward to nex time.(From Owner's guestbook)

This will be the 5th season I've rented this particular property. It's in a great location. We come out for a week and like to be able to get to the grocery stores and different restaurants. It's easy to get to the ski resort as well, the shuttle stop is at the end of the drive and is always on schedule. We prefer the space and homey feel this condo has compared to staying on Winter Park property.

We spent a few days in the Kings Crossing townhouse in July when the Jazz festival was in town. There were lots of activities in town for the Jazz festival including a arts & crafts fair. We had a great time and the townhouse was clean & very comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. We could walk into town and to a nearby park which my grandson enjoyed very much. We also went to a nearby town for a rodeo. We hope to go back again in winter & summer.

We have been to WP many times in the past ten years and we would love to return. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

We had a great time in the townhome. It was very clean and had lots of extra touches making it feel very comfortable. The shuttle stop was a great way to get to the resort even with our little skiers - no wet snowy mess in the car! At night it was nice hanging out or taking a soak in the hot tub. Thanks for a great trip - we hope to be able to return!!

This is our second time in a row to this condo. It is one of my favoritest places in the world. I took a bunch of pictures of the mountains. This is my 3rd year in a row to CO. I bought a lot of stuff. We also took a trip to WP. Then we went to Georgetown. We had a very great time this year and hopefully many years to come. I am writing for other people too. Thanks again for the great time at CO. I hope we get to come again.

The first about 4 miles south of WP, the second in Rocky Mountain National Park. How exciting! We really appreciated allt he child friendly options of the townhome since we were vacationing with a 15 month old & 2 1/2 year old. The weather was wonderful as we enjoyed the cooler temperatures while it was almost 100 in NE the whole week. Thanks for the great experience!
