The Hillsider is a unique, small, and very homey complex of only 18 units and 3/10 of a mile walk to the Gondola. If you prefer, the free local bus service stops directly across the street, every 15 minutes. This end unit, with an abundance of windows, is very private, quiet, and has beautiful views of the valley from the decks, family and dining room, kitchen, and loft. There is a washer/dryer IN the unit-NOT shared. The complex includes a refreshing outdoor swimming pool(summer only)and hot tub.

This quiet end unit has been recently remodeled, has two queen-size sofa sleepers (in family room and loft). The 3 bedrooms contain a king-size bed, and two queen sized beds all with new linens and comforters. This is a very cozy, comfortable, quiet mountain condominium priced right with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Excellent location, with fabulous views.

  • We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, and convenient to the mountain either by walking and/or close to the bus stop. Jane was great to work with - no fussing, very accommodating - enjoyed working with a "local" Steamboat resident! Would definitely go back!
