The Hillsider is a unique, small, and very homey complex of only 18 units and 3/10 of a mile walk to the Gondola. If you prefer, the free local bus service stops directly across the street, every 15 minutes. This end unit, with an abundance of windows, is very private, quiet, and has beautiful views of the valley from the decks, family and dining room, kitchen, and loft. There is a washer/dryer IN the unit-NOT shared and Not coin operated. Enjoy the refreshing outdoor swimming pool(summer only)and hot tub.
This quiet end unit has been recently remodeled. There is a king, and 2 queen bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper in the family room, and another in the loft all with new linens and comforters. This is a very cozy, comfortable, quiet mountain "cabin feel" condo priced extremely well with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Excellent location, with fabulous views and best "bang for your buck".

We had a wonderful time at this clean, private, western-feeling condo! Conveniently located by a bus stop and so close to the mountain, we had a fantastic time skiing and watching the snow fall with the nice views from the living room. Cozy gas fireplace was also awesome!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family loved this Steamboat condo! Being a mom, dad, grandma and four kids, we are somewhat challenging to accommodate, but this place was perfect. Three nice sized bedrooms plus a bonus "loft" area with a pull out couch. The space was perfect, the kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated and the location was ideal. Jane, the contact for the condo, was responsive and helpful with all of my questions. We would definitely stay at this Hillsider unit again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here for our family ski vacation and were very happy with the excellent accomodations. The gondola was very close and convenient, a very short walk.. We also used the bus system in Steamboat to get around town, there is a stop right outside. Everything we needed was perfect, Internet, Kitchen, Grill, Washer/Dryer. Lots to do all over Steamboat What a great stay, Thanks!

Cabin had a good location. You can actually walk to and from the ski resort, so long as you do not have little kids. Or the bus ride is free and very short there, and a little longer back. It was clean and well looked after. We cooked there with my family. There is a tv upstairs where the kids could watch and the adults hang out down stairs. Overall I would certainly recommend this condo.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, and convenient to the mountain either by walking and/or close to the bus stop. Jane was great to work with - no fussing, very accommodating - enjoyed working with a "local" Steamboat resident! Would definitely go back!
