This 1450 square foot, first floor privately owned garden home, located in the Legends Country Club, is artistically decorated and comfortably furnished with an open plan living area. It features a master suite (including two walk-in closets, corner Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower), dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, guest room with closet and separate bathroom, as well as a furnished office.
Enjoy breakfast on the lanai while watching water birds strolling in the pond. Be sure to return to the lanai in the evening to experience a beautiful sunset highlighted by some of Florida's famous palm trees lining the golf course. It is well situated with a prime location near the private Wellington subdivision pool, which offers extra parking for your overnight guests.

Year Purchased: 2001
I am a school teacher and my husband is a physician. We love to travel and spend time in beautiful places. The Legends offers us both things as well as a healthy lifestyle. It's a fabulous way to have summer weather all year. We are both still fully employed and therefore can rent during the high season and hear stories of how beautiful it is from our satisfied renters. The Legends offers a relaxed atmosphere with first class benefits. We are happy to share these luxuries with others. We're well located and can easily drive to Naples, Bonita Beach, Sannibel and all the fun beaches while still enjoying the luxury of our beautiful pool, Jacuzzi and workout facility. The food at the club house is excellent and the total atmosphere gives us the relaxed comfort we so enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Legends Golf & Country Club
We wanted the novelty and pleasure of getting away from the harsh winters in Ohio. We wanted to be relatively close to the airport for convenience, yet close enough to the beaches to have easy access. Everything desirable is within easy driving distance and yet we have the luxuries of a gated community with the peace and comfort of a luxury pool, Jacuzzi, workout facility and additionally can walk across the street to a more private pool.

The benefits of living at the Legends are many. It begins the moment you arrive with the security guard and gorgeous drive up to the clubhouse. The views are stunning and always spectacular with tropical palm trees through the sunsets. The clubhouse is a focal point with regular activites and excellent dining facilities. We've never had a bad meal and always look forward to the Sunday brunches with high quality foods of many kinds. The private pool across the street offers quiet personal time yet the club pool is only five minutes away with a giant waterfall, Jacuzzi and workout facility. The grounds are immaculate and there is an air of sophistication. The total experience of staying at the Legends is consistently pleasurable, relaxing and memorable.

Just wanted to let you know we had a great time at your condo, and would be asking to rent it again next year if it weren't for the fact that we will probably do some other trip next year. The Club and grounds and the unit were super, loved your decor, especially the pictures and entertainment center with its art pieces. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were new! We appreciated the clean movies you had there. (We watched a few.) The pool was just what we wanted and everyone was very friendly. All in all it was a great experience, especially since we had never gone for a month before. We are big Minnesota Twins fans and went to many games. It was great they were so close. The high school girls' basketball team our son coaches went to state again and we never dreamed that would happen, so unfortunately we had to miss it. They took third place so played three games in the tourney. We have 2 granddaughters who are Irish Dancers and had to miss their big weekend of appearances. Next year we plan to be here for the middle of March for those reasons. (Our son's team won state last year.) The following year we may just want to rent again. We had relatives in Fort Myers, and the weather was so good, we did not use the club as much as we expected. The time just flew! We left here in awful weather and came back to a cold rainy week, miss those 80's! Thank you, you have a lovely spot! Gary and Jane Lyons
