  • We stayed at this gorgeous home last weekend with some friends. The location was outstanding (we easily walked to restaurants and the beach) and the property itself is lovely. The layout was perfect for our group and LeVan was a delight to work with. Even before we left, we were plotting how soon we could return.

  • Beautiful house near all the restaurants in Folly Beach. The view is great and the house has plenty of room for your family. My family visited for our son's graduation from The Citadel and it was the gathering place for the whole family. The beach is a short four minute walk from the house. We will be back.

  • This is an exceptional house with exceptional owners. The bedrooms are wonderful, the kitchen is great, the decks were a favorite hangout, and the proximity to the beach, playground, pier, and restaurants made it very easy to plan our days (and with 3 young children that is not always very easy). Just a great getaway place.
