This home is beautiful and features custom furniture and tile, and is 3 1/2 blocks or a 1 & 1/2 minute drive to the London bridge! Needless to say it is very close to all the launch ramps.

The Unique Benefits at this House
I wanted to create a vacation home that made me feel like I was on vacation. I did a pretty good job on the inside of the house... on the pool I went overboard and I'm very happy I did, (and after reading guest comments of past renters they are glad I did also).

I've been visiting Lake Havasu since 1993. My family always asked me why I would drive 5 hours to get there when there are plenty of lakes close to home here in Southern California. My answer was, "I can't explain it you have to see it for your self". Now they totally understand and often ask me, "When are WE going to Havasu"?

Our entire family of 14 stayed here and had a great time! The pool was a huge hit. We spent every night hanging out in the pool and BBQing after coming in from the water. The shallow part was perfect for our young daughters. The house was nice and had plenty of room for everyone. Very short drive to the water.

Definitely a lot of room in this house and the pool is very nice. The Owner was very easy to work with. It's a long three blocks to be fair. Quiet Neighbors and nobody complained about any noise we made.

Thanks YL for the use of your home for our Family Reunion. The pool was a hit with everyone - young and old. A few of the family members even opted to stay in the pool instead of going out on the boat. Our vacation was wonderful and full of memories!!! Because the house is so conveniently located - I was even able to jog up and over London Bridge from the house. PERFECT Location!!!! So close to the stores and the marina. Again, Thanks.

This place was great! I recently had my Bachlor Party here and it really made the weekend nice. With London Bridge Bar Area a 15 minute walk and the pool it made relaxing easy. This house slept 11 grown "big" men comfortably. Everything was great and any time I plan on renting in Havasu it will be one of the properties that YL has to offer. Thanks YL for making the house great and being so cool about the renting process. Felt like I was at home. - minus the wife-

YL we wanted to thank you for letting us stay at your home. We had such a wonderful time and finally got to have a well deserved family vacation. We stayed at the house with intentions of going to the lake, however the kids loved the pool more than the lake. We had 2 non swimmers at the start of our vacation but by the time the vacation ended they were swimmers thanks to the salt water pool which gave them confidence along with making them buoyant. The house was large enough for us all to have our own space or to gather by the pool. Again thank you for such a wonderful time.

Thank you Y.L. for allowing us to stay at your home. This was our first time using VRBO and this experience was wonderful. Your home was fully stocked with everything that a party of 12 (3 adults and 9 children (ages 9-17) could need. The children enjoyed the pool more than Lake Havasu. The salt water pool is great for the kids who learned how to swim as it helped them be more buoyant which gave them more confidence, not to mention it was great for the skin. The teens enjoyed the lounge chairs and the cabana beds for tanning and reading. There was plenty of room for all of us to be outside and in. I will recommend this home to my friends and family. We greatly appreciate your home and hospitality and hope to visit again.

This house is amazing! It is so comfortable, the pool is fantastic! We ended up not launching two of the 5 days that we were there just to enjoy the pool. The owner is great, very accomadating. We will definetly be back. I can't say enough about our experience there. We will never stay in another hotel in Havasu after this experience.

Pool and jacuzzi were great and the house was kept very clean. You can't ask for a better location. YL was also easy to work and accommodating. He did his best to make sure we were happy. We'll be back soon.
