So i went to Lake havasu with my crew all stoked that we were going to rent a boat and be out on the water all day in the sun as the weather channel forecasted. We got there and it was thunder and rain showers all day friday! I am so happy we chose this place because we were all able to a hang out with plenty of room to move around. We had 7 people with us and room for many more! Saturday was sunnier so we all decided to skip the boat and jump in the pool and jacuzzi! Absolutely awesome! I would recommend this place for larger parties that want a nice place to chill during the summer.

Great place for family and friends

The house was in excellent shape upon arrival. Everything was clean, set, and ready for my friends and family to enjoy our care free vacation. The owner of the house is very accommodating and easy to work with. The house is big enough for large groups to enjoy a stay and have the comfort of sleeping in your own personal rooms and beds. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition as well. Our overall experience at this house was awesome. Definitely would recommend this house for a quiet, well kept place for vacationing. Also it is conveniently close to the channel and all of the nice places to eat and have a beer.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Loved the Pool

Our entire family of 14 stayed here and had a great time! The pool was a huge hit. We spent every night hanging out in the pool and BBQing after coming in from the water. The shallow part was perfect for our young daughters. The house was nice and had plenty of room for everyone. Very short drive to the water.

Definitely a lot of room in this house and the pool is very nice. The Owner was very easy to work with. It's a long three blocks to be fair. Quiet Neighbors and nobody complained about any noise we made.

The pool is really lovely and very relaxing. The home is comfortably furnished and feels very much like home. It's also conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood.

Thanks YL for the use of your home for our Family Reunion. The pool was a hit with everyone - young and old. A few of the family members even opted to stay in the pool instead of going out on the boat. Our vacation was wonderful and full of memories!!! Because the house is so conveniently located - I was even able to jog up and over London Bridge from the house. PERFECT Location!!!! So close to the stores and the marina. Again, Thanks.

Great Get-a-way

This place was great! I recently had my Bachlor Party here and it really made the weekend nice. With London Bridge Bar Area a 15 minute walk and the pool it made relaxing easy. This house slept 11 grown "big" men comfortably. Everything was great and any time I plan on renting in Havasu it will be one of the properties that YL has to offer. Thanks YL for making the house great and being so cool about the renting process. Felt like I was at home. - minus the wife-

Kids loved the pool more than the lake

YL we wanted to thank you for letting us stay at your home. We had such a wonderful time and finally got to have a well deserved family vacation. We stayed at the house with intentions of going to the lake, however the kids loved the pool more than the lake. We had 2 non swimmers at the start of our vacation but by the time the vacation ended they were swimmers thanks to the salt water pool which gave them confidence along with making them buoyant. The house was large enough for us all to have our own space or to gather by the pool. Again thank you for such a wonderful time.

Thank you Y.L. for allowing us to stay at your home. This was our first time using VRBO and this experience was wonderful. Your home was fully stocked with everything that a party of 12 (3 adults and 9 children (ages 9-17) could need. The children enjoyed the pool more than Lake Havasu. The salt water pool is great for the kids who learned how to swim as it helped them be more buoyant which gave them more confidence, not to mention it was great for the skin. The teens enjoyed the lounge chairs and the cabana beds for tanning and reading. There was plenty of room for all of us to be outside and in. I will recommend this home to my friends and family. We greatly appreciate your home and hospitality and hope to visit again.

This house is amazing! It is so comfortable, the pool is fantastic! We ended up not launching two of the 5 days that we were there just to enjoy the pool. The owner is great, very accomadating. We will definetly be back. I can't say enough about our experience there. We will never stay in another hotel in Havasu after this experience.

Pool and jacuzzi were great and the house was kept very clean. You can't ask for a better location. YL was also easy to work and accommodating. He did his best to make sure we were happy. We'll be back soon.

Thank you Y.L. Your rental was like my private resort ;) The pool is fabulous and the salt water system was great for my skin, what a plus. I felt so at home there and though I wouldn't choose to walk to the London bridge, the location is very close to everything I wanted. The house really felt like home, very quiet and safe. It was only me and another friend but I can imagine the joy of bringing my family and grandchildren there. The pool is so well designed for all ages! We stayed for a week at the end of July. We had an awesome time. Mostly, we just kicked back and relaxed in the pool. I'd never been in a salt water pool before and I was hesitant...but, I'm sold now! The house (and the A/C) was just what we needed. We felt right at home! Thank you!

This is the second year we have stayed at this house with other families. It is a great setup and the kids love the pool after being on the lake all day. We will be staying here next year. Y.L. is easy to rent from.

Stayed here the 1st week of Aug '08, had a great time. Home is really roomy. Great for staying out of the heat when not in the lake or pool. Plenty of room to have everyone together in kitchen and living area. Pool is awesome. Close to everything in town.

This was our second stay in homes owned by this owner. We can't say enough about how staying in these homes have made our large family vacations that much more enjoyable. We loved the house! We had 15 people staying here, and it was very comfortable for all of us. The pool was the most amazing part!!! Also, we had a technical problem, but when I called Y.L., he came out within 20 minutes and fixed it!!! We will definitely be renting this house AGAIN!
