Located on the Costa Blanca half way between Javea and Moraira, Cumbre del Sol is within an area considered by the World Health Organisation to have one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world. It is a truly extraordinary hillside location with it’s own private beach, Moraig beach, just 5 minutes drive from the villa. On a clear day, magnificent views include east to Ibiza, Calpe’s famous Penon de Ifach and the stunning Montgo or Elephant mountains. Cumbre del Sol has it’s own shops, restaurants, patisserie, bank and cafes within easy reach, some within walking distance of the villa. Alicante or Valencia airports are easily accessible.

Outdoors, enjoy the private heated pool on the lower terrace, or dine Al Fresco on the upper terrace, where you have the choice of worshipping the sun or taking some shade under Naya. An electric sun awning on the lower terrace provides additonal shade - allowing you to lounge for lunger by the pool!.
