We require a 20% deposit in order to reserve your requested dates. The remainder
of the funds are due upon arrival. WE DO NOT DO NIGHTLY RENTALS, ONLY BY THE WEEK
OR MONTH.

Feb 21st -March 18th 2007 We truly enjopyed our stay at the COOP! The accommodations were outstanding!! Phyllis & Randy have done a beautiful job of decorating & furnishing this wonderful home. They made sure all our needs for a great stay were taken care of. We brought our motorcycle & enjoyed many day trips in the surrounding area. Looking forward to returning to the 'Coop' and the GREAT HOSPITALITY that was extended to us. Jack & Char Sussex, Wisconsin
