A brand new home that sits directly on a canal that leads to the St. Johns River, which flows to the north. The river offers great fishing for bass, brim, catfish, red bass, gar fish, speckled perch, etc.

Shrimping is also possible Aug-Oct. Deep Creek, which is a wildlife refuge, is located straight across the river with an abundance of wildlife viewing. There are two boat ramps within a couple of miles to launch your boat.

  • Feb 21st -March 18th 2007 We truly enjopyed our stay at the COOP! The accommodations were outstanding!! Phyllis & Randy have done a beautiful job of decorating & furnishing this wonderful home. They made sure all our needs for a great stay were taken care of. We brought our motorcycle & enjoyed many day trips in the surrounding area. Looking forward to returning to the 'Coop' and the GREAT HOSPITALITY that was extended to us. Jack & Char Sussex, Wisconsin
