Boca Vista Harbor is a small gated deluxe property that was completed 2005. Built on Gasparilla Bay the property has a large heated swimming pool with hot tub, a club house with wireless internet, a tennis court, out door grill area and a fishing pier.The public areas have been tasefully landscaped and are immaculately maintained to complement this upmarket complex and to create a relaxed atmosphere.
The property adjoins Gasparilla Marina. This is a full service Marina with Boat and Boat-slip rentals available. Boca Vista offers everything for the perfect vacation in Paradise.
Our condominium is on the fifth Floor [there is an elevator]with spectacular views from the screened lanai/balcony looking over the marina and towards Boca Grande. It is designer finished and it has two beds two baths and a den with sofa-bed.
There is parking adjacent to the elevator.

Hi Brian, I just wanted to drop a quick note to you to tell you what a wonderful vacation our family had at Boca Vista! The location was perfect and the accomodations delightful! Although the weather wasn't warm enough (at least to my liking!) to be out on the lanai for very long, the view was spectacular! And my daughter who is eleven fell in love with the den, so much so she slept on the sofa bed the entire stay (loved the decor in there!). We would like to contact you for future visits to Placida as everyone had a great time!

We have stayed in this beautiful Condo in November for the past 4 years and would have no hesitation in recommending it.We particularly enjoy relaxing on the balcony overlooking the marina and the gulf. The cleanliness and luxury of the apartment all combine to make a most enjoyable stay.
